The Savannah is one of 8 units offered by "The Beach House at Lake Street" in Holland Michigan. Take a swim in the heated saltwater pool and spa, play a game of basketball or shuffleboard, or grill out on the reservable poolside patio. Each unit includes an exclusive golf club membership package including four free rounds of golf per day, access to an aquatic facility (lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub), tennis courts, and a fitness center. FLOOR ONE

Family room area with a queen sofa sleeper, armchair, TV, full bathroom, private bedroom with queen bed and TV, washer/dryer, and a mini kitchenette with small refrigerator and sink, private rear patio with grill and seating area.



FLOOR TWO

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quality, upscale small appliances, dishes, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils and cookware, half bath, family room with queen sofa sleeper, two armchairs, TV, electric fireplace, mini wardrobe/game cabinet, and folding chairs for additional seating. Also features a balcony with a view of the pool as well as view of Lake Macatawa.



FLOOR THREE

Luxury master bedroom/bath retreat with queen size bed, large cabinets and drawers, flat-screen TV, wet bar, full bath including Jacuzzi tub, shower, and walk-in closet.



LOFT

Three built-in twin beds. This unit is perfect for parents who have young children and do not desire to have their children in the same room but rather "close-by. The loft is an extension of the master suite just a few steps away. There is not a door separating the loft from the bedroom but allows privacy. This is a small space and best suited for younger children. We do not consider this to be a 3rd bedroom, however, there are 11 sleeping "options. Eight guests max with children of all ages included as guests.
