A Wonderful Home for a Getaway!!!

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything

House was great for our family with 2 high schoolers. Very clean and sufficiently stocked. Comfortable beds, comfy couch, lots of counter space in kitchen. Having the outdoor patio space was terrific for enjoying the warm weather while grilling out! We had a great stay!

Wonderful stay in Greensboro

The home was perfect for our foursome golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with an adult sized bed and working television! The common areas were perfectly suited for us to watch tv, grill out and enjoy meals. Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Excellent communication from Host as well. An all around wonderful stay!

The Best Ever!

Out of all the vacation rentals we've rented, this is hands down the best so far! The place was very clean, and it felt like home. This was a nice property. The home has been remodeled and has a modern feel. It was very spacious and clean. The only downside was the kitchen sink was clogged the day we arrived but the owner made us aware and it was fixed the next morning.

Amazing property with a modern feel

Ted was very communicative and responsive. The rooms were prepped and the property was very clean. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted. The game room was also a very nice touch. Wonderful experience in Greensboro!

Our family was attending an event downtown and we needed a convenient place to spend just a couple of nights so we didn’t have to deal with too much traffic or crowds of people. This property was absolutely perfect! The owner was very hospitable and provided excellent communication so that our minds were at ease in a town we were not very familiar with. The accommodations were very clean and provided plenty of space so that all of us were at ease. The description and the photos were spot-on! The neighborhood was nice and quiet — it was absolutely perfect! We would absolutely recommend this anyone interested in a convenient, headache-free getaway!

Clean and efficient, and close to all areas of interest.

I was moving my son into collage, so the location was perfect as it was the epicenter of all necessary shopping and access to restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. Ted was helpful and quick with the few questions that I had. Outdoor seating was limited, and the bathrooms were rather small, overall, for the amount of the bedrooms, and I would not recommend elderly or anyone that has an issue with steps, as both entrances require going up a flight of steps to access the property.

Family Reunion

My family of 6 stayed here and the place was perfect for us. Being that we have 4 kids there was enough space and no fighting of who was going to watch what, as there were enough televisions for everyone. The game room was awesome, I was able to sit and play chess with my oldest son, great bonding time. The house was very clean and updated with appliances and decor. One of the best features for my wife and I was the very comfortable chair and half (the sofa was amazingly comfortable as well). We were able to put the kids to bed and lounge on that chair and watch some television. Our host was in constant communication with me throughout the stay and was very responsive whenever I reached out. The location is ideal as it is very close to Friendly Shopping center and Battleground Ave. Being a Greensboro native I was familiar with the area but if you are not familiar just know you have quick access to stores, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Truly it was a great stay. Traveling with a large family can be a challenge but this house made it very easy and comfortable for us.
