Loved the house! My son loved fishing in the pond just steps from the backyard. He also enjoyed the bikes and pickleball courts close by.

The pool was not heated. Therefore, we didn’t use it because the water was NH indoor pool temperatures. House was clean, great location.

Lovely home and community

This was our third visit to the Briarwood Community in Naples and we loved this home! The layout was great, had all household supplies we needed, and the property managers were responsive and made things super easy. Very clean and the best stay!

Had to switch last minute and the host was great. Gave us comfort and was a nice quiet place to stay. My grandkids loved the pool and bikes that were there for them. Great place, clean and good space. Thanks.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful month stay in Naples. This property was lovely, well maintained and close to downtown and beaches. The community was so friendly and we felt very comfortable. The home was well appointed with everything from the kitchen supplies to bath towels and linens. Also the management company was extremely well responsive with any request we had.

Great home and hosts

The home was very nice and the hosts went above and beyond. We left an item there - the hosts searched, found it and sent it back at no charge. Their pool was the warmest we have encountered in our four years of renting in that neighborhood. They were very responsive to any issues we encountered. We would highly recommend.

Lovely neighborhood, house needs an update/upgrade

Excellent neighborhood and location, but the house needs a new kitchen, bathrooms, front door badly needs painting and some ground cover around the house. Everything was clean and functional. Washer/Dryer were huge and terrific. Pool deck was peeling and in need of repair. Great hosts just the house was more a “ Before “ than an “After”.

Wonderful Villa in a great location.

From the moment we booked the Villa the management company we’re excellent. They kept in touch and sent useful information prior to our holiday. Upon arrival we realised we hadn’t been given the door code, thankfully (and despite the late hour) the management company answered our call and had us in the Villa quickly. The Villa was exceptionally clean and had lots of extras that we didn’t expect. We had a very comfortable stay and due to the location we’re able to visit many places easily. Would highly recommend and will absolutely consider staying here again in future.

Lovely house and very clean

House was great, good location and super clean. Had an issue with the AC but was fixed right away. Very attentive and reactive property manager. Only issue was the pool that had plenty of small bugs, guessing that the screen didn’t really protect against that. Wasn’t a big deal as almost too hot to use but house may need newer screens.

Perfect House..except the Bed!

Our whole family loved this house. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It had bikes, beach toys & towels, chairs, basically everything you need for the beach! The neighborhood hood was also great! There are sidewalks everywhere, making it easy to go for walks. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was also friendly. The one and only draw back to this house is the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress needs updated, the current one has to go! It is so so uncomfortable and old. Please update this bed! Your house would be absolutely perfect then!!

We had a nice stay for 5 days in this home. We were three couples. The neighborhood was very nice to walk in and it was close to many places to drive to. The community pool was well- maintained, clean and nice and warm! There are courts for tennis or pickleball if you want to stay active. Pros: The home is clean, spacious, and has lots of common space to hang out together with friends or to spread out. Great location. Well-equipped kitchen. Inviting and cozy. Cons: The home is a bit worn and it was evident in the pool that didn’t heat and some of the ripped pool skimmer and unsturdy cracked chairs around the pool. Host did send someone who fixed the heating pump and we enjoyed it the very last day. That day that we finally hung out by the pool, the pool man came to clean and put chemicals in. He apologized for the intrusion and did his thing and then we had to wait 30 min to go back in. That was a bit inconvenient and we should’ve been alerted by the host. The pool man just popped in from outside right to our “space”. It was awkward even though he was a nice gentleman. Laundry- I’ve never had a place ask that you wash all the linens (minus 1 towel per person plus bed sheets). We had to wash towels and beach towels before checking out. Also, we had to be responsible for garbage day and take the trash bins out during our stay. I don’t know if that’s common but none of us ever had to do that.

Thanks for the review Emma! We do have a pool vendor that comes weekly to maintain the pool, this is listed in the house manual. The trash cans are in the garage at this property and unless we knock on the door to disturb you the chore is put into your hands. We are glad you enjoyed Naples.Florida is truly a beautiful place!
