This clean, bright and airy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom East Hampton Contemporary across from Hog Creek with access to paddle boards, Kayaks and canoe (all provided to renters). House has gorgeous pool with great lounging area, and Hammock, outdoor shower and has access to Clearwater Bay Beach (private for residents only). Situated in great neighborhood with great streets to bike ride. House has 50' flat screen TV in the living room with Blue Ray DVD player, cable and wireless Internet service, open kitchen, dining area, fireplace adjacent to land preserve (privacy), dock slip available for a boat and kayak storage as well, and a 10+ minute drive to the village. Bay Beach is a two minute drive away or 5 minute bike ride. Bikes, kayaks provided in garage for use.
(Please no party groups or groups in their 20's. No illegal drugs). No Parties allowed. **4 night minimum**

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean out fridge, and bring all trash and recycleables to East Hampton Town Recycling -@$25 per visit.
Strip beds and bring dirty linens and towels to basement by washing machine.
Leave local beach pass on table, and leave key under mat
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice house in the Springs

We enjoyed a nice long weekend at this house, exactly as advertised. The outdoor space inclduing the pool and the large grill are definitley the highlights.

Great Stay in the Hamptons

Had a great stay at this house for the 4th of july weekend. House is very comfortable for 6 people (although technically it could fit 8) and even looks much better than what the pictures show. Pool is great and has a nice yard. We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was very good. Overall very pleasant and seamless stay.

Lovely stay

Liz was a wonderful host and very responsive and pleasant. The home is open and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood with access to a beautiful private beach. The pool and backyard are particularly lovely, with beautiful plantings, an expansive deck, large grill, and multiple chaises for relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies!

Perfect Hamptons Get Away

If you're looking to get away from an everyday hectic pace, this is the place for you. A peaceful hideaway, but close enough to the town of East Hampton for nice dinners, Starbucks and groceries.

East Hampton Retreat

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the holiday weekend and we found just that! Liz was so easy to work with, very communicative and the house was perfect - it looked just as it did in the photos, fenced in backyard, pool, grill and plenty of space. Also ideally located near East Hampton town but away from the traffic and close to the beach. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to hopefully staying again. My guests and I had a great weekend!
