Great stay

Great stay in downtown Newport. It was close enough for us to walk downtown for food and go to the bars. Place was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway!

The accommodations inside the property were excellent. And Amanda, the listing agent was very helpful with ideas for parking and restaurants. If you can find a place on the street to park, you are golden. You can walk to most places very easily. Thank you for the accommodations.

Very nicely updated and clean

The apartment was very nicely updated, and clean, and the location is great. Would have given 5 stars but when the neighbors came in and left, it sounded as though they were inside the apartment. Only happened a couple times a day, but it was very loud. Very startling when you're sleeping. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay again. wasvery early, and on the later side

Newport Wedding Getaway

What an amazing, but unfortunately short stay. We had a wedding weekend for a co-worker of mine. It was myself, my husband and my adult son. Walking distance to the venue at the Gardiner House and the Greek Orthodox church, all restaurants, bars, shops & and beach. Location was absolutely fabulous. Unit was immaculate and furnished with everything you would need for a perfect stay! Amanda (Landlord) was extremely responsive.

Nice weekend get away

The property was immaculate. It was in a great location. Nice walk to downtown and it was a 20 minute walk to the Elms mansion. The only thing that was difficult was parking. On a Saturday, it took us over an hour to find an open parking spot. We ended up paying over night parking in a lot that was a 10-15 minute walk from the room.

over all great time

a little confusing to get in. but after we did the trip was amazing the property is super clean and comfy. the location is amazing. we explored the masions as well as did a tour at fort adams which were very close. lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. great stay

Great location and property

Had a great time in Newport for the weekend! This property is at a great spot within less than a mile from shops and restaurants. It's a quiet area and even though there was no dedicated parking spot, we were able to find one on the street right outside as soon as we arrived. Definitely recommend this property to any couple staying for a weekend in Newport.
