This beautiful historic Colonial home in Columbia TN is just 1.7 miles from the heart of downtown Muletown and the music venue The Mulehouse.
The Space-
A large front porch and its rocking chairs welcome you to this lovingly maintained 1930's home. Much of its original charm still exists along with updated conveniences and comforts. It's 2,500 sq ft are both spacious and sweet. The home sits on a 1/2 acre for you to enjoy.
The dining area holds a large wonderfully rustic table that comfortably seats12.
It is perfect for gathering family or entertaining.
The galley style kitchen is equipped with many of your basic cooking essentials.
Dishes, glasses, and flatware service for 8 is provided, with additional non breakable dishes and cups too.
*No dishwasher
The original hardwood flooring throughout the home leads you to multiple seating areas.
Each room has it’s own attraction to enjoy. Watch a movie, tinker on the piano, read a book, spin a record, or just relax :)
Albums and a treasured collection of 45’s waits for you to play on anyone of the record players you find through out the house.
For more of a selection, head downtown to Variety Records. You will find an extensive catalog of vinyl and tapes.
The black armoire holds additional blankets and games.
One bedroom and bathroom is located on the main level.
The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are up the staircase.
There is a desk with a printer in the upstairs hall area, along with a trundle bed that holds 2 twin beds.
The washer and dryer are located on the main level off of the kitchen.
The back yard has a porch with seating. There are 2 large magnolia trees on the property with a plan for planting more. The yard is a nice size with great lawn areas in the front and back of the home.
Guest access
There are two storage areas in the laundry room and in addition there is a locked bedroom closet upstairs. These areas are not available to guests.
