Great place! The house was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was excellent...close to Roscoe and Livingston Manor, restaurants, and the local streams. The host was very responsive and our group had a great time.

The home was very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Very large kitchen with lots of cooking equipment. Host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet place to relax with a Mountain View.

Quiet family getaway

We loved our family getaway 💖the house was beautiful and in a great location . We were able to walk to the lake and in between two great towns Any questions I had were answered right away It was a great experience! I’d love to go back in warmer weather 😊

Clean home! Great for three couples and one child who enjoyed the toys and the crib. Good kitchen and hang out space. 10 min from town w restaurants and from brewery. 2.5 hrs from city. Great views and privacy! Host very responsive and helpful.

The perfect weekend getaway!

We had a delightful stay at Amber Acres Lodge and are already planning our next visit! The accommodations were exceptional, and the views were breathtaking. Our host was wonderfully communicative and kind, making our experience truly special. We can't say enough great things about our stay. We'd tell you to book there, but we don't want you to take our next booking dates. ;)

Beautiful Home

We were based in the gorgeous house for a family reunion in Livingston Manor. The house was fully equipped for our family. The many beautiful outdoor spaces made this house perfect for working as well as vacation
