Great stay and location. The 1 star review is for the host accusing our group of damage to the blinds after the trip (when they worked perfectly fine when we left). We've had to involve VRBO directly, which is an administrative hassle.

You requested an early check-in at no extra cost; we had to go clean the unit earlier, and everything was working perfectly. Your group damaged the smart blind—which operates remotely via a remote control—by pulling it down and breaking the internal mechanism. You claim my blind needed maintenance, yet it was functioning perfectly. When asked whether you had left it fully open or fully closed, you were unable to provide those "sorts of details." Judge for yourselves who is telling the truth.

Great place - completely updated. Location isn’t really walking distance to Dillon Amphitheater or Dillon restaurants because it is straight up a steep hill for a 30 minute walk. For the price, it should have been comparable to the Dillon properties on the lake so I wouldn’t pay for that place out if the way and down valley without the views.

I really enjoyed this property, just a few minutes away from keystone where we snowboarded! Great location, close enough to get to everything but tucked away enough to be calm and quiet! Everything was clean and comfy, I would stay here again!
