The property was beautiful, nice and roomy, communication was great, the pool in the back yard kept the kids entertained. There were a couple things brought up to the owners about the kids room, they quickly sent over the property management team. Overall we couldn't ask for a better stay!

The house was perfect for the stay, so many places to eat around the area and a great distance to all the Disney parks, the neighborhood and community area is worth the stay alone

This place was ok. The home wasn’t as clean as expected. The house needs updating-when it rained-water came through the sliding doors (needs replacing) the tub was really deep in the master bedroom-I kept hitting my foot on the tub.The bunk beds might as well been bunks boards-my daughter said it was Very uncomfortable. Laundry upstairs was nice, I would look for a more updated unit to rent in the future.

Thanks for staying with us and your feedback. We are glad you liked our laundry. We will be sure to work on the actionable items on your review- we will check on the sliding doors. Sorry you found the tub deep. Our team did check on you twice once we got your initial check in report where you stated the unit was clean- but unfortunately they didnt get you. Have an awesome rest of the year!

Over all the stay was great. However you are expected to provide your own toilet paper after you run out of the single one they provide. You are expected to run a load of towels at check out with no laundry soap provided (I bought some hopefully that’s what other have done) and you are given one 13 gallon trash bag to show you what you need to buy if you need more than that ONE bag they provide. I have never stayed at a place that didn’t provide these simple things. Other than that the stay was great just be prepared when you go shopping to add these to your list.

Amenities and private pool were awesome! Lots of towels and everything we needed. Splash pad and big slides were not open (only open April-Oct we saw on a sign) but our kids still had a blast in the townhome private pool and large pool at the welcome area. Would stay again!

Would stay here again. Beds were nice; plenty of silverware and dishes to use. There is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so if you use a lot, bring your own. They had small soaps to wash hands and a small travel shampoo; maybe bring your own toiletries. We had to use our own detergent to wash the towels they requested us to do when we left; not sure if they normally provide it. Nice pool area at the clubhouse. I will keep this house in mind when we go to Orlando next time!
