This spacious three bedroom townhome is located within walking distance to both the Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift and historic Main Street. This corner unit's open floorplan features granite countertops, a gas fireplace, and extra dining room seating. When it is time to rest after a hard day of skiing, this property is equipped with flatscreen TVs in the living room, and each bedroom as well as a Blueray player in the living room. With its larger beds, it is also often requested by groups of couples. The Upper Village Pool area is adjacent to One Breckenridge Place and features an outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Units will be unavailable while the building’s roof is being worked on but there may still be noise related to the project during your stay. Absolutely do not rent from Great Western Lodging
We have stayed in various locations in Breckenridge/Vail/Beaver Creek/Snowmass over the last 10 years. I have never in history had such a horrible experience as this past week. The unit had a massive hole in the master bedroom wall that was “covered” with plastic. There was no place in the listing that stated the hole was under construction. Temps dipped to 0-15 degrees all week. The room was miserably cold. There were space heaters that we used and it was still miserable. If we would have known the unit was under construction , we would not have rented. We didn’t want to complain so we stayed 6 nights. Upon checkout, we addressed the issue with the desk clerk -who refused to give his name and stated he was the managers. He immediately became defensive and down right argumentative, blaming the customer saying we should’ve asked for more space heaters. NO- you should’ve been honest in the listing and let me know that the house was under construction. He asked us to leave and said we insulted him!!! Unbelievable- I cannot believe this company is being run this way. We left, he then called me 10 minutes later and said we had pets in the unit and he knows for a fact that we had a pet in the unit last year and we would never be allowed to rent there again. My son lives in Denver and came by to visit a couple of days and had his pup when he stopped by. We cleaned the entire unit from top to bottom before we left both times. The arrogance from these people is almost shocking. DO NOT EVER rent from this arrogant, inconsiderate, very poorly run, dishonest company.

great location and well appointed. Property was clean when we arrived. only knock was the bedding, especially the master bedroom mattress, was in bad shape and needed replacement.
