Our open floor plan home is located in the quiet community of Breezewood. Along with the 3 bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, spacious living room with a sectional sofa, along with a dining room table with plenty of seating, and a game room in the newly painted garage.

The master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a king bed and huge walk-in closet. The master bath is located in suite of the master bedroom with a beautiful spacious shower.
The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, with one bedroom having a queen bed and the other bedroom having 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath off of the kitchen in between the other 2 bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the hallway right before the master bedroom on the left hand side.

*Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom, along with use of the garage to store your beach stuff and/or bikes.

**We provide bath towels, bed linens, and extra blankets/pillows.
We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in each bathroom.
**Beach supplies provided for guest use - including beach towels, beach chairs, and beach coolers.

*Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups).
*Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent) to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.

*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are also four 65" Smart TVs in the home that are equipped with premium cable for all your sports games and movies. You may log into any other streaming accounts available should you have an account.


Guests will have access to the whole house along with the garage.
The driveway can fit a total of 4 cars in it.
There is also an outdoor patio with a gas grill, dining table, chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture to relax on.

*You will get check-in instructions 2 weeks before check-in and the door code the day of your check-in.

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.

A short drive from Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach, our home is centrally located right off of Route 1 and Old Landing Road.


4 miles away from beautiful Rehoboth Beach where you can have the infamous Thrashers beach fries and take in the views of the ocean as your stroll on the boardwalk. Activities are bountiful, as Rehoboth has to offer Movies at Midway movie theater, go-carts at Midway Speedway Park, Tanger Outlets shopping centers, Midway Par 3 golf course, miniature golf, Jungle Jim's water park, and of course Funland where you can find amusement rides and an arcade on the boardwalk!

4 miles from an orange crush in your hand at the world famous Starboard Restaurant. After a long day on the beach, take your pick from the 18 bars located in one mile and live band galore.

If you have a day to take a drive, drive south and check out Delaware Seashore State Park, Bethany Beach and/or Ocean City, Maryland. For the nature enthusiasts, Assateague Island State Park is home to the memorable wild horses on the beach.
