The property is conveniently located close to local springs. It was very clean and well stocked. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you for opening your peaceful spot in the woods. My whole family loved the property for walking and looking at animal tracks and the fire pit for relaxing. So many games for the little ones! Close to the springs and great for familes.
The house is exactly as pictured. Clean and well stocked. We were traveling with our 3 month old son and there were items in the house that made our trip easier. Heidy was responsive and easy to work with. We were very happy with our stay and recommend!
We wanted to go kayaking at Itchetucknee Springs, this property was perfect. It was only 10 minutes away from the springs. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Even if our group of 10 had made it there would have been plenty of room. The local restaurants were great also.
The Farm Stand, Nutrition Springs, Blue Star Grill, Prohibition Pizza, Sandy Point
This property had everything we could ask for & more! Giant back yard for exploring. Gathering around a fire pit. Laundry & kitchen tools. Quite a unique experience. Very happy we chose this!
We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here. Listing was accurate, and the home was clean and well maintained, especially for a pet friendly property.
We had a minor issue with the wifi due to a hardware failure, but the host responded immediately and the problem was resolved as quickly as possible.
Location is great - convenient to the main highway, but far enough to feel secluded. Very quick drive to Ichetucknee and other springs.
I hope to stay here again in the future.
We came here for my mother-in-law‘s birthday. Had a wonderful stay in place was just as advertised and would stay here again. The kids loved it with the games that were set up for them. Plenty of room the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area and fire pit was very relaxing and enjoyable. Only thing, I wish the city light was not above the house. It would make the view of the night sky, a little bit better, but that is not the homeowners fault.
This was a very nice property. It was quiet and my kids loved the back yard, games, and firepit. It was close to all the springs. We were able to visit Itchetucknee, Ginnie, and Gilchrist springs. The only thing I will say is to bring your own towels, dishwashing liquid, and trashbags. I did not have any and the only store close is a Family Dollar. They were only a mile away and had what we needed though. It was a nice trip.
The electric did not function correctly. Hot water in a 3/2 house lasted one 10 minute shower. The refrigerator/freezer didn't work or keep things cold. When trying to contact the owner, could not reach. When finally, she sent a property manager that showed up wanting to argue and blame the electric on us when we did not own the home and had just gotten there earlier that day. Property manager said we should use coolers if we wanted things cold.
