About this property

Our unit is a 1,100 sq townhome. 2 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds, 1.5 bathroom. We are conveniently located near downtown Nashville. Minutes away from Broadway street and lots of fun! Our unit offers inspirational quotes and scriptures to help you feel relaxed and at peace. We also offer a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, keurig, washer/dryer, free wifi internet and much more!
This unit is located right off of the service drive, highway traffic can be heard passing by at night. This area is also a mixture of new property development and urban living.

Spring Break Trip

The vrbo is a solid 9/10. The stay was very enjoyable. Location is a little far from downtown, but great considering the cost. About a 40 minute walk to broadway but must walk through an industrial/business area. Contact with the host is easy, they were very helpful. We had maintenance issue, and they got it fixed within a couple hours. Would highly recommend for both families and friends.

Great location

We loved the location near the old Marathon auto building and where a lovely shopping area is now located and also near the Gulch and Farmer's Market. However, this location is about a block from the nicer areas and the actual building and area were older. The pictures on the listing were low pixels and it was hard to see closely the shape of the rental until we arrived. It would have been nice to have better photos online. The actual apartment was clean but needed some upgrades. The selling points were the location to many attractions and the price. The manager and owner were very nice and accommodating.

Girls trip

This a perfect place to stay when you want access to all of Nashville attractions. It’s a quick Uber/Lyft to downtown. Or hop of the freeway to get to Opryland area or a short trip to Franklin. Joy was very responsive with a phone call. And was very accommodating to a couple requests our group had. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is clean and has exactly what you need in a rental.

Did not actually stay in this unit

I cannot give an accurate review of this property as we never actually stayed here. We did not get the door code as an email earlier in the week indicated. We arrived and contacted the owner by phone and left a message. Our call was returned quickly, but informing us that apparently the unit was double-booked and someone else was already there. We were offered a refund or another unit in the area. We took the other unit as we didn't feel like we had the time to even research other options (we were in Nashville to attend a conference). While the area was convenient, it seemed a little sketchy and we would have done something different were we not stressed out about finding a place to stay. Would not have felt safe walking outside in this area. The other units in this complex all seemed a little in need of maintenance on the outside. Check-out out time was 11 am. We left at 8:30 but did not receive check-out instructions from the owner until 9:30. Would not stay here again if we were in Nashville in the future.
