We live in Newcastle and have always loved Northumberland, visiting and exploring every weekend. We feel so privileged to be able to come up so often and have a home there. We love to be able to share our home and its stunning location with others.
Why they chose this property
Boulmer is a lovely quiet fishing village, very close to Alnmouth. We love the proximity to the beach (literally on it) and the Northumberland Coastal Path with all the stunning locations you can visit from there. Boulmer is really tranquil, we love to sit in the lounge and watch the tides, changing weather and wildlife. At night the dark skies provide incredible stargazing opportunities and even the Northern Lights when we are lucky. Sometimes a dolphin or two can be spotted from the garden!
What makes this property unique
Its a beautiful blend on old and new, both relaxing and cosy as expected from a traditional old stone cottage but with all the modern and high end amenities and fixtures suitable for a family home
