Montauk beach house, within walking distance to private beach, marinas & shops. Fenced in yard with three decks with outdoor shower. Can sleep up to 8. Great area for kids, bicycling and outdoor fun! Property includes two bikes, two sup boards, boogie boards and beach chairs for 8. retractable awning on main deck. Roof top deck and morning deck for coffee off the office. New minisplit airconditioning system. All decks are new with two new sliders with new outdoor shower
