Welcome to Splash Time! Dive into the pool and cool off during the summer time. This cabin sleeps 10 guests. The main house has 1 king room, 1 bunk room with 4 twins, 1 pull out queen sofa bed, and 1.5 bathrooms. For more privacy, sleep the night away in the private guest house by the pool with a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Splash Time has plenty of parking and is located close to the best amenities on the north side of Hochatown.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Pictures are deceiving hot tub broke deck dangerous

Really the only thing that this house had going for it was the pool and the guest house the Main house king bed springs poke thru one game pictured doesn’t work hot tub is broken and full of muddy water surrounded by a deck that is rotten in many spots and the shower not much room to get in and out of due to the wall right up on it

Family Reunion

The property is lovely. We enjoyed the pool and the layout of the house and guest house. There were too many issues that need addressed to mention.The maintenance of this property is not good.

Needs Work

The property did not live up to the description. The mini split did not work in the game room and the AC had trouble keeping up in the main house (it was 75 on our arrival). The grill would not stay lit. The pool was clean but the hot tub was out of order and the deck was in disrepair. The stove also did not work and the host instructed us to use a hot plate that was in the pantry. We planned on cooking and eating in for our entire trip which was difficult with no stove and no grill. The house has great potential but lots of deferred maintenance made our experience less than stellar.

Loved staying here.

We stayed here in June of 2023 and it was great for our family. It was nice to have the separate room in the pool house. We brought our video baby monitor and were able to put the youngest to bed early without noise from the main house disturbing her. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Location is great at just a couple of miles from everything. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the needed pans and appliances. I would recommend bringing a sharp knife with you if you plan on cooking much. Plenty of room for vehicles and boats/trailers to park. We would definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Fun game room

Overall, property was nice. Master bed was comfy to me. It was fun playing the games in the game room. There were a few maintenance issues liked clogged sink in the master bath and squeaky doors. Also, a couple broken things like the pool light for night swim. Disappointed, but overall we still enjoyed the property.
