Fantastic location in Balboa Beach!! The house was fully stocked as advertised, which is appreciated. The only drawback as reported in other reviews is the condition of the patio deck table/chairs and the lounge chairs. Those items were pretty worn out/dirty and this great upper unit could really use new patio furniture since this is the area where tenants spend the majority of their time. Otherwise, inside was very clean!

Thank you, Susan. We’re glad you loved the fantastic location and found everything as advertised! We actually just replaced the patio umbrella and stand recently, and we appreciate your feedback on the condition of the other patio pieces, which we'll share with our operations manager. We’d be happy to welcome you back on a future visit! Kind regards, BVR

Would highly recommend Beechview

Very enjoyable 2 week stay. Quarters were very clean upon arrival. We had a shower problem that was addressed and repaired very quickly. Would highly recommend Beechview. Someone even shoed up to take our garbage can to the alley.
