Good location, small but cozy place situated about 15 min from downtown Boone and about 10 min from downtown blowing rock. Hot tub was a plus. Kitchen is scarcely stocked for those who want to cook but the grill works well. A downfall was that the cabin felt damp - back of the property more-so than the front or upstairs but our clothes were the slightest bit damp when we’d put them on and you could smell it.

This a wonderful place with a really nice back deck. You can sit outside and listen to the babbling brook and it very easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also close to Blowing Rock.

Very nice rental on a small stream. Kitchen appliances looked new, beds were good quality, and main room was very comfortable. Great location, just a few minutes from Blowing Rock, Boone, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc.

We loved our stay here and hope to return soon! It's conveniently located and worked great for our family. The hot tub was such a nice treat! The kitchen is well stocked you just need to bring your own coffee or keurigs. You also need to bring your own toiletries and soap for the shower. Overall a fantastic spot! We can't wait to see it in the winter.

Great location!! Convenient to Blowing rock and Boone. Cute little cottage, need updated pics on vrbo, much better than i was expecting from the pictures!! Hot tub was great as well...nice stocked cabin. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and beautiful cabin with all the expected amenities. The dishwasher made it easy to wash all the dishes, and the gas grill on the back deck was great for an easy dinner. The mountain stream is only a few feet from the back, and was very relaxing. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or washer/dryer this time but it was great to have them there. We wil definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The spot was perfect for me, my husband and our baby. The location was perfect— super close to blowing rock and Boone! Such a cozy place. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub especially! The host was also super responsive!

A very comfortable stay. Loved the multiple sleeping options and a variety of lounging furniture downstairs. The jacuzzi was enjoyable and being able to see the stars and hear the stream was an added bonus. Would love to stay there again another time!
