The Upper Alder Cottage is has a front bedroom with a queen bed and set of twin xl bunk beds. Next there is a kitchen which has a stove, oven, microwave, and full size fridge. The kitchen has basic cookware utensils, and dishes. There is also a bathroom with a sink shower and toilet. Finally the dining area has a dining room table and several couches providing ample seating. These couches double as pull out beds if needed. We have a restaurant and gift shop available on site. Our staff is available to help book excursions in Cooper Landing and the surrounding area. These trips range from fishing trips to scenic tours.
