DETAILS: Classic design meets amazing amenities! Casa de Luz is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 10 in the heart of Miramar Beach in Emerald Waters Village. This luxury community offers resort-style amenities, including access to 2 community swimming pools and gated neighborhood beach access which is just a short distance away. A 6-seater makes for a fun and easy commute.

Casa de Luz features a pillar facade, an open-air front porch veranda, and an upper-level covered balcony to enjoy the Gulf breeze. The first floor provides plenty of natural lighting through picture windows. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and armchair facing a small fireplace and TV—the perfect venue for gathering with loved ones for vacation movie night! A cozy dining area just off the living room offers table seating for 8. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a TV. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island with seating for 4. Alfresco dining with seating for 4 is available on the patio. Here guests will find a gas grill. A laundry room is also conveniently located on the first floor.

The second floor is all about a good night’s sleep. Guests will find 3 bedrooms—1 primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the private front balcony, 1 guest bedroom with 2 full over queen bunk beds and a guest bedroom with a king bed. Nice property in quiet neighborhood close to the beach

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a quiet, gated neighborhood and close to the beach. We enjoyed having a golf cart provided to use. There was plenty of room for the family and the big kids enjoyed the big bunk beds! Will definitely try to stay at this place again!

Fantastic Stay!

This was our first time to Miramar/Destin and the property did not disappoint. It was spotless inside and the welcome packets provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the golf cart and the 2 block walk to the beach. Also very helpful to Alvin’s (beach store) and CVS on the same street. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice house

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice. Parking was a bit of an issue due trying to get the golf cart in an out. I was a little disappointed in the size of the pools in the neighborhood. From the online pictures, the pools looked much bigger. Overall, it was a great stay. Thankfully the beach was perfect and we were able to swim there instead of the pools.
