Welcome to Tampa

Darly, the host, was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. Her place was clean and well stocked for a long term stay, with some thoughtful finishing touches. Relocating from NJ to Tampa, and this place along with a very gracious host made me feel very welcome.

Great location, within walking distance to Ybor City

The property was very clean, and well appointed. It us within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Ybor, but I would not suggest walking back from Ybor late at night. Especially, if you are a single female. The on street parking can be an issue , and as noted, the picture over looking the pool is inaccurate. Your actual view is that of a water treatment plant. Which is also, a reason not to sit on the balcony or leave the slider open. As there is the occasional smell of sewage, not noticable inside the unit with the door closed. All in all, for our needs, this was a great property!
