Sunrise Pointe Lakehouse

Relax with the whole family and enjoy all the water fun, with a deep water dock in one of the most desirable lakes anywhere. And great fishing right off your dock! Swing set, large deck, canoes and water toys. You'll never want to leave!
Huge deck overlooking the biggest part of Lake Gaston. Deck furniture, Grill, firepit. Living room has reclining leather couches. Large dining table. Small but fully equipped kitchen. Swing set. Chairs and water toys on dock, including canoe, kayak, paddleboard, life jackets, and furniture for lounging.
You'll have the entire house to yourself!

Important Details:

**Coffee Makers. There is a Keurig and a conventional drip 4-Cub coffee maker. You just need to bring coffee or K-Cups, filters and condiments.
**Parking. The driveway is large enough for 6 cars, but some cars would be blocked in. 3 cars can easily come and go without rearranging.
**This is not a pet friendly house.

Nice house. Clean. Had everything we needed. Great view. We appreciated the swing set! It was good for our 4 adults and a baby. It says it sleeps 10 which it technically would but it would be a bit cramped with many more people than we had.

It was a great stay for our group of four. We enjoyed the hot tub and evening fishing. It would have been perfect if there were some clothing hangers or stands available in the rooms.
