Loved the stay. Convenient to local digs and activities. Would have loved to have had access to some chairs to sit outside on screen porch. Great place, but if looking for suggestions for improvement /suggest updating all the blinds. Again, enjoyed and would stay again! Ty

The location was very close to downtown and many walking distance restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Wish there were chairs out there, but we made do with kitchen chairs. Parking was easy. Beds were comfortable. Host was very good at responding.

It was very nice, lots of room, and clean Some of blinds didn't fit windows and one was missing pieces od the blind. We live in a very quiet area, so we surprised by planes landing and the train horn at 2am. But they do have a sou.d machine to help with that

Gorgeous Comfortable Apartment in Midtown

The apartment was very clean, well decorated and provided every convenience. It was even larger than it appeared in photos with plenty of room in each of the bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining room, and a great kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the linens were new and cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay despite unusual 90-plus-degree weather during our late-September stay. Contactless check-on was a breeze and Bianca was great with communication! Highly recommended!

Pictures are deceiving!!

First impressions are important. Based upon advertising display and the actual display, I was very reluctant to enter - Luxury Lennox Townhouse. On the inside - shows a lot of hard work, painting, trim/molding, updated kitchen, very spacious, comfortable, being upstairs a bit uncomfortable, but enhances security. The close vicinity of the train track was a big surprise. Overall, we had a good stay. Thanks

New Memphis Favorite

This is a gorgeous property with all the character you’d expect from a historic home, but also exceptionally clean. Our stay got off to a bumpy start when we realized there was no hot water, and it was too late for someone to come out. However, the property manager had the entire hot water heater replaced by lunchtime the next day and we received a credit for the inconvenience. While we were specifically looking for something close to the Liberty Bowl (and this was walkable!), we’re also Rhodes parents and plan to stay here again on our visits to Memphis. Well laid out with lots of space, comfortable furnishings, all the conveniences, and secure parking — this rental checks all of our boxes! My only suggestion would be adding outdoor furniture for the screened in deck. We’d love to spend time out there in better weather.
