Book now to enjoy the wonderful NC mountains and this cabin will only add to the charm. Has a fast running waterway in front yard with small waterfall, just feet from your porches/decks, very private and lays beautifully, with 2 porches and 2 decks and all front windows overlook the water. Cabin has 2 bedrooms, plus a loft and queen sleeper sofa in living room plus auto blow up queen. All beds are queen except loft is twin. Loft is over garage and has outside entry and great for tween/teens. and does not have all amenities. Heat and fresh air or window fan for loft. The loft twins are upgrade from camping, as it has its outside entry.) Up master is huge with theater seating, plus Smart TV down in living room, with regular satellite programming on all TV's . . Kitchen is fully stocked, full washer/dryer room, micro, dining room with china and casual and has French doors that open to covered porch dining to dine while listening and seeing the waterway. Living room has fireplace, queen sleeper, TV seating..
Property is on acreage with fishing in front yard and app. 1200 ft. up/down of fishing opportunities. Another fast creek about 2 blocks down and app. 3 miles to one leg of Lake Santeetlah.
Looking for family reunion, church groups, wedding guests or extended family and friends. See vrbo 32601 and 708691 and you can add to your package, if available, at your appointed visit. Based on your groups mix an opportunity for 15-18 guests to sleep in all 3 properties. Includes long distance service for USA, and free WIFI . We live away from this property but find ourselves needing to 'get away' from the hectic big city. We searched for years to find this property. Our criteria were as follows: Property must be in the mountains, have rushing water in view, on acreage, beautiful home, or one to build, within distance of our daily lives, fireflies, spring flowers, rhododendrons and mountain laurel, nice yard with easy access. etc.and snow if we are lucky to be here. What a fun time! Well this was most certainly a huge order!. No wonder it took us years to find! We love it in those wonderful God made mountains and look forward to each minute we can spend there. Thank you God for helping us find this place. So come and see if you enjoy it as much as our family. Oh yes, our grands love it too.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! Water rushing in your front yard and not across or down the road from property. Waterfall and trout river. Nature at it's best! Quiet serene area, very private and on acreage. Hear the water rush by and fall to sleep. Oh yes, easy access for 4 season convenience. All the decks, porches, yard and swing on one of them to sit, eat and listen to the water rush by. Fire pit by the creek. Oh my! Fire pit and get the marshmellows and make smores for the kids. Mom and Dad too!.

Fish in your front yard, play in the water, enjoy the abundant wildflowers, smell the sweet air, enjoy star gazing from the yard or from the master suite deck. Just off Cherohala Skyway and another place to view the heavens. Ride the tail of the Dragon. Bring your bike, motor bikes or ATV's. How about that hike or hike to waterfalls? All can be done here plus more.

Sit by the water and read your novel, or write the play, as we have guest do before, and or swing on the porch, eat out on one of the porches by candlelight. Oh my! Relax, after all, we need that. Off when guests arrive and on as they must be leaving.
