2 Acre Private, Spacious Home in Poway w/ Pool & Jacuzzi

Welcome to the most peaceful vacation home tucked away in the countryside of Poway, CA located minutes away from the luxurious Rancho Bernardo Inn & Spa. The private 2 acre home boasts many amenities including AIR CONDITIONING, a large POOL & JACUZZI, outdoor TENNIS COURT with BASKETBALL HOOP, PLAY STRUCTURE for the little ones, EXPANSIVE BACKYARD for playing, built in dual BBQ, ample dining areas both inside and outside by the pool. Pool is fenced in for additional safety for young children.

The Space:
Our peaceful and spacious home is located on a 2 acre lot at the end of a safe cul-de-sac. For additional privacy, we have a long driveway to get to the home's entrance. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms + a LOFT room.

*Sleeping accommodations are as follows:
1) Primary Bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom: 1 King Bed
2) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed w/ desk and closet
3) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed w/ desk, closet, and sliding door leading to backyard patio
4) Loft Room: Pull out futon (queen size mattress) for additional sleeping accommodations
5) Living Room: Sofa pulls out to a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations

*We are proud to offer a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities such as:
1) Fully stocked kitchen with everything you needs for home style cooking,
2) A formal dining room with a dining table that accommodates up to 14 people
3) a sunny breakfast nook with bench seating and an additional 4 chairs around (can accommodate up to 10 people with benches,
4) A well equipped bar area for happy hour leading into the formal living room with fireplace & a Steinway Grand Piano,
5) A family room with Apple TV,
6) Two double sink vanity bathrooms bathrooms w/ bathtub and showers. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite bathroom to the primary bedroom.
7) Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, as well as CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING throughout.
8) The backyard is a family's dream come true! There is a large pool with slide, a jacuzzi, a tennis court with basketball hoops, play structure and huge grassy yard for family football or soccer games, plenty of seating area for outdoor dining, dual BBQ, and so much more!!

Neighborhood description:
Our quaint and charming neighborhood is minutes away from the luxurious Rancho Bernardo Inn & Spa, Lake Poway & Old Poway Park. There are also great hiking trails nearby such as the famous Potato Chip Rock. Many golf courses are close by for avid golfers. Our home is at the end of a safe cul-de-sac, with a long driveway for extra privacy. Many of our friendly neighbors own horses and go on the horse trails nearby. It is common to see them taking their ponies and horses for walks on our street.

Getting around:
There is ample parking down the driveway for multiple cars. We also have 2 adult bicycles should any of our guests want to go on a bike ride. We have a wagon to take the little ones on walks down the street for pony sightings.
