This place was amazing! I highly recommend staying here if you're in town. My family of four had plenty of room . The decorations and everything in the house makes it feels so s welcoming and relaxing. Has a very big kitchen to cook or hang out and and the rooftop is awesome for sunsets.

The property is very nice. Clean and well maintained. Well stocked with kitchen gear. Rooftop patio was wonderful. The property is in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The place itself is not as soundproof as you might expect. There was a "snorer " in our group and we could all hear him in other bedrooms. I wish there were garage door openers provided.The host, Seven Sisters, allowed us early access the day we arrived, but it took 3 phone calls to confirm it and fix the code that didn't work. Once I had someone on the line and I was standing at the front door, the person I spoke to was great, and we worked through the issue. I'm thankful for the ability to check in early. There might have been some miscommunication internally with the host..... not sure.Overall, I think the place was great, ocean view was wonderful, short ride/walk to the beach........ and I would stay there again.

Relaxing get away

Very comfortable and clean home with large indoor and outdoor common spaces. There were 6 in our group. Kitchen and dining area were great for cooking and sharing meals. The property manager was attentive and quickly handled 2 minor issues that arose. The only caution we would offer is this is not near the beach. You can see the ocean from the rooftop porch but not the beach.

There is plenty of curbside parking, for those with more than two small vehicles which fit in the garage. Communication was a breeze, very timely. The house was immaculate. Tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice home

Home is located inside blocked community which doesn’t allow parking for third vehicle. House did not have a garage remote which made entry very difficult.House was large enough to sleep us all. 4 of 5 propane tanks were emptied but maintenance folks came and refilled along with resetting a circuit breaker to stove which was behind a picture which I would never of found. Requested a garage door opener but was told owner was tired of replacing lost remote. No happy about that inconvenience but was nice place and plenty of room. Loved the rooftop setting area.

Grover Beach Resort Like Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you have a large group wanting to stay in a really awesome “villa like” home, this is the one for you. We had 3 couples come and stay for a birthday celebration and there was more than enough room based on the layout of this home. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Pismo Beach area.

The only problem we had was when we got there to unload our bags and bikes we got a text message right away along with a phone call about moving our trailer out of driveway immediately or law enforcement will be called. We understood we can not park in drive way but geez not even to just unload !!!
