Why they chose this property

Raised in le Pré Saint Gervais, i found this apartment just in front of my parents' place.
It let me be able to travel and come home in between, now i live with my wife on the other side of Paris, the apt is thus fully equipped and think as practical as it can be for short term visit or longer professional stay in the Capital.
The "Pré" is at Paris Gate (500m of Paris frontier to be precise) and you can go anywhere with the public bikes or all the public transportation available (tram, subway, bus, RER)

What makes this property unique

Fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dryer.
you also have a couple desk with plug and work hub, Monitors and a keyboard and mouse in case you forgot yours.
