We love the big and super cute bathroom, loved the bonus sitting/parlor room and great board games. Location was great! Prefect walking distance to all my favorites; New York restaurant, Running Water fitness studio, Piersons restaurant and cute shops. Short drive to Nubs. Great view of the city and just a block off main, so it was nice and quiet. Thank you. Look forward to returning!

This property was great! We had the jungle room and it was so cute! Loretta was great and very easy to communicate with. The restaurant below is amazing! The best brunch I’ve ever had. It was walking distance to everything including the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Was just ok. The listing had “Kitchen” on it, and I had messaged the owner ahead of time asking about the availability of a fridge and oven, but never received a response. There was a mini fridge but no stove. There was a camper van in the parking lot for most of our stay with some less than desirable people in and out of it, making the stay a little uncomfortable. We messaged the owner about the van, but never received a response. We also would run out of hot water in the shower. On the positive, we were able to check in 30 mins early which was nice!

Hi Christine, Sorry you did not receive responses in your desired time frame. I would hold off on the assumption of the "less than desirable" guests as they were guests in another one of the units who are going around the country in their camper van. Our properties are described as "suites" so there are not full kitchens.

Comedy of Errors

The location, appearance, and amenities listed in the VRBO property write-up initially appealed to me. The apartment was within easy walking distance of many restaurants, sights, and.attractions. The decorating was whimsical and attractive. Although WiFi connection was good, there was no TV remote. The host encouraged us to search the unit, an inconvenience and to no avail. A remote was delivered to our room, but TV still did not function and was not repaired during our stay. Although requested, we received no compensation for lack of TV. An ironing board needed to be replaced in the room, cleanliness of floors was poor, especially beneath bed. There was no fire extinguisher, no smoke or CO2 detectors, or emergency kit. “Water view” is likely only seasonal with binoculars. The description on VRBO needs to be updated to accurately reflect this property and its managerial coverage. The host expected us to strip beds, empty all garbage, and wash dishes prior to departure which should have been part of cleaning fee we paid. At times this stay was more stressful than relaxing.
