Relax at Yoopers Paradise, a peaceful Upper Peninsula getaway near Indian Lake, Lake Michigan, and Kitch-iti-kipi. This updated lakefront cabin is a great home base for lake days, fishing trips, fall color weekends, family getaways, ATV adventures, and quiet road trips through the U.P.

The cabin sits on a large private property directly on Indian Lake, with lake views, sunset views, kayaks, hammocks, a fire pit, a large deck, and plenty of space to unwind. Spend the day on the water, enjoy the sandbar, grill outside, or relax by the fire after exploring the Manistique area.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and works well for couples, families, outdoor travelers, and small groups. Inside, you’ll find an updated kitchen, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, fresh linens, towels, ceiling fans, keyless entry, and a comfortable full-home setup.

Kitch-iti-kipi, Michigan’s largest freshwater spring, is less than 3 miles away. You can drive there or paddle by kayak. Indian Lake State Park, Palms Book State Park, Lake Michigan, downtown Manistique, local restaurants, bait and tackle, ATV trails, hiking, boating, and fishing are all nearby.

Indian Lake is a great fishing destination with largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, yellow perch, bluegill, crappie, trout, catfish, and more. Winter guests can also enjoy ice fishing during the colder months.

Peaceful and relaxing!

We had a lovely few days and enjoyed the relaxing beauty of Indian Lake. It's a very quiet lake with plenty of options for day trips or just sitting on the deck taking in the view. The house is newly remodeled with ample space for family and friends. We especially loved the beautiful new kitchen with a large island for board games or puzzles!

Spectacular lakefront perfect location

The property was immaculately clean with phenomenal lake views from numerous windows! The location is the perfect home base with huge lakefront on Indian Lake (warmer than Lake Michigan and Lake Superior) minutes from Lake Michigan and worth the gorgeous drive to Lake Superior and Pictured Rocks! Property was spacious, comfortable and we loved using the kayaks. Host was very responsive and gave great suggestions on local attractions. Area was safe with lots to do. Kitch-iti-Kipi is only a few minutes away and is truly amazing!

Very private, quiet, relaxing place to stay

First off, Tracee was very easy to work with. She accommodated our request, so we were able to bring the whole family (pets). The property is very private. You don't have to worry about your neighbors witnessing all your activities. The property is very clean, and has everything you need, including washer and dryer. There's a big grill for grilling your favorite food. Indian Lake is peaceful and serene. The water right in front of this property is clean and crystal clear, great for swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, etc. Tracee gave us recommendations of great restaurants and places to visit, and that helped since we had never been to Manistique. Kitch-iti-kipi is a must see. We truly had a very relaxing stay at this place. We highly recommend it.

Maintenance Required

I didn’t receive an email with entry instructions. When I did receive the door code it would not unlock the door. The main shower hot water handle was not functional (think ice cold showers). Master bathroom sink would barely drain. The area was very nice.
