The host was super nice and friendly. The property was absolutely gorgeous and the house was cozy. We had everything we could’ve needed, a full kitchen, free wifi, comfy bed, a spacious area, and gorgeous scenery outside. My boyfriend and I came here for our 3 year anniversary and left engaged. We are so so happy to have found this place, it was the perfect romantic and beautiful setting to have a vacation in. I wish we would have stayed longer, as we didn’t even get to explore everything this Vrbo had to offer on the property! We will definitely be coming back, the property was easy to get in and out of and was in a perfect location to get to the beautiful town of Placerville as well as Apple Hill. There’s way more to do around here than I even thought. Would absolutely recommend, next time going to take our dog with us when we’re not getting engaged!

Viktoria and Chris’s welcome was fabulous. Their dedication to host the best way they can is more than obvious at the first contact.This place has become special to us. Can’t recommend any better place to relax and enjoy this side of the American river’s valley. We already know that we will be back to this peaceful place very soon, not once or twice but as soon as we feel the need to getaway.The place but even more the hosts are that special to us!We just can’t show enough appreciation for the care we have received during this short first stay.

The little house where we stayed was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable and friendly, and they made both us and our dogs feel welcome. It was nice to walk around the property and explore a bit. It was a great way to get out of the city.

Great Stay and Awesome Hosts

My husband and I stayed during Christmas week and the hosts were so hospitable! They have dogs and a turtle on the property which was the highlight for me. The amenities were great as well samsung tv and fridge. Perfect little get away!

Cozy little escape from the city

Very cute guesthouse located next door to the main house. it had everything we needed and we loved using the grill. Also loved that we were able to take both our dogs without paying an extra fee! Owners were very friendly and helpful, and the checkin/out process was a breeze.

Clean countryside guest house.

Nice guest house in the countryside. Very clean and well taken care of. Close to the river and a short drive to town for supplies. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
