Thank you for a safe place to land while my mom was going through major surgery at OHSU. I appreciated that it was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, plus communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Scot was very communicative, had great suggestions about how to spend your time. The place was clean, quiet and private with a little outdoor seat to enjoy your coffee or evening beer. Walking distance to sellwood downtown area, and the river front park. A nice park for kids and soccer right next door.Definitely would recommend.

I had a great stay at Scot and Trish’s place. The location is perfect for getting around Portland and accessing OHSU. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are awesome and made sure I had everything I needed. Such a gem!!

We enjoyed the large space and the privacy of the separate place. It was quiet and felt safe. It was clean. There were many extra thoughtful amenities that are not usually provided in rental places. The host/hostess were very thoughtful to provide so many amenities. We never met them but appreciated everything!We especially liked the spaciousness and the location and would definitely stay here again.

The property is a great value - for Portland - for anywhere. We enjoyed the nearby Sellwood pool, the walk to bakeries and pizza, and the wonderful quietness of the room. It is not big - but do not let that stop you. Portland is mostly eating out, going to the Rose Garden, heading to Powell Books, and wandering Division Street. This was a great stay for us with a comfortable bed, cool room at night, and gracious host. I won't say book it - because it might fill up and we would miss out on our next trip to Portland, but book it.

Cozy efficiency with everything needed for a short stay. (No oven or cooktop for long stay - unless you are a microwave master!)Scot responded quickly and kindly to our questions. We enjoyed walking to nearby Muddy Scudder, food truck park, and market. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with great trees/flowers.

Hosts attentive and accommodating. Location within walking distance of a fantastic bakery, a ramen restaurant, a bottle shop, coffee shop, a park with walking trails and a bike path along the Willamette River. The cottage is comfortable, quiet, private. Hope to return to this special place.

The place was perfect for my needs. Great location, very clean and private, had all the basic supplies, bed was comfy and the host was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again, especially when the weather is nicer. It’s super close to a great park! Only recommendation would be a light in the driveway as the area can be very dark. The sensor light past the driveway is very bright, which is great.

Cute little studio space. We really just needed a place to sleep while we were in town for a wedding and this was perfect. Owners were very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer!
