Following are some reviews from previous guests. "I had the best experience renting this adorable cozy condo in Brian Head. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this rental!!!"
"We had a wonderful weekend due mostly to how well we were taken care of. So happy we found this condo. We highly recommend it and can't wait to go back."
"The moment we opened the door, we fell in love with this place, clean with style. "
This is a true ski-in/ski-out vacation property at Utah's highest resort and home to some of the country's best powder skiing and snowboarding. Walk out the building's front door and you're on the slopes. Just bring your skis, clothes and food because pretty much everything else is already here! Easy drive on well-maintained roads.
This wonderfully decorated condo is not your typical rental unit. This is our personal 'home away from home' and we're thrilled to share it with you. We bought this unit form a Las Vegas casino owner and they did a terrific job of decorating and furnishing! New living room furniture October 2019. Beautiful hand-painted wall mural in master bedroom. Custom pine furniture. High speed WI-FI included. Luxurious master bedroom as well as a second bedroom with custom knotty pine bunk beds, each outfitted with silky soft 1800 count microfiber sheets that are incredibly comfortable. Condo sleeps 8. Ski all day then relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Your family will love all the board games, movies, puzzles, books, as well as a Wii game console with Wii Sports, Guitar Hero, and other games.
WE ARE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! Even though Giants Steps is clearly the best complex on the mountain, there's no elevator. Our advice is to choose a first floor condo.
ATTN STARGAZERS! If the skies are clear, do yourselves a favor and drive up the mountain toward Cedar Breaks National Park - about a mile and a half up an easy road - and be prepared to view the sky like you haven't seen it in a long time. Stars, planets and the Milky Way come to life in nature's greatest show!
Living Room - smart TV for you to sign in to your streaming subscriptions, DVD player, fireplace, Wii gaming console and games, and a dining room table that seats four comfortably.
Kitchen - All appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker(both traditional and Keurig), toaster, spices etc. Butcher board counter top with (4) bar stools.
Bathroom #1 - Tub and shower, vanity. Ceiling heater and fan. Ring Spun Cotton Highly Absorbent Towels.
Master Bedroom - Queen bed, dresser, wall-mounted TV, DVD player, Sony sound system with iPod docking station, beautiful hand-painted mural on wall.
Second bedroom - Custom pine bunk beds, dresser, wall-mounted TV, DVD player.
Winter activities: Downhill skiing and snowboarding out the front door. Miles and miles of cross-country and snowmobile trails run right through this conveniently located condo. Brian Head also includes a snow tubing and sledding hill for kids and adults. It is a winter paradise!
Summer activities: Some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in Utah. Take the chair lift up the hill for a spectacular start to your day at 11,000 feet. Grab your rod and reel for a day of fishing on the nearby lakes.
National Parks and Monuments - Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument are all just a short drive away.
Booking activity is heating up in the fast-growing town of Brian Head. You'll want to return again and again.

Location was excellent right next to ski lifts. The underground parking was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make meals definitely would recommend.
This is the perfect ski on ski off location just steps away from the lifts and main lodge. Responsive host with amenities as described. We definitely would stay here again
Amazing place steps from the Giant Steps Express lift and tubing hill. My kids were super stoked with the fun clubhouse that included a pool and ping pong table, and separate jacuzzi and sauna. Very well appointed with everything you need to make a unforgettable vacation with your family or friends. I can't wait to go back!

Thank you for your good review and I am glad you had a great time here. I would like to invite you to come back anytime in the future.
We had a great stay at Brian head in this unit. It was very comfortable for our family, with ample room. The owners clearly put a lot of energy into making the theming shine. The condo needed some maintenance, but overall we had a great stay.

We appreciated your stay at our home away from home. Hope we can host you again for your next ski trip at Brian Head.
Perfect location for easy ski-in ski-out to the Giant Steps Lift and Lodge area. The condo was well equipped with amenities and was super clean. Easy parking as well. Loved it.
Wendy the hostess was great very responsive. The property is well appointed for all your cooking and vacation needs. The mattress was Very comfortable. The space heaters worked great. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo That’s right on the slopes or as close as possible to the ski hill. The place was clean. There was space for six people easily Wi-Fi worked, Netflix was available. The kitchen and dining area were pretty big two bathrooms was a huge plus. I totally recommend it and look forward to coming back.
We had a great time and loved the condo! It was very cozy and had everything we needed. It’s a little thing but I was glad they had plenty of paper towels, trash bags, ziplock bags and even foil that I forgot I needed:) We would definitely come stay here again. Thank you!
We had a fabulous week in Brianhead. The condo had everything we needed and a great location. Covered parking was so convenient, kitchen well appointed and plenty of beds for all. Kids bunks were not super comfortable and one evening the cabin got quite Smokey- maybe from the neighbors fire place. But other than that, NO complaints. We loved it and hope to return!

Thank you for your kind comments! So glad you enjoyed your stay. See you again!
Great location for skiing. We just hopped on our skis and skied down to the Giant Steps Express lift to start the day and skied right to the condo to finish our day! Very good communication from Wendy. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for our trip including family games, even a Wii! Guitar Hero was played every night by our crew of 5. We would definitely stay here again!
This property changed hands just before our stay but Wendy was great! She was in contact with us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could ask for. Perfect for my family of 5. First floor is amazing, walk down the hall, out the door, and you are on the snow right by the Giant Steps Express Lift!! Love the close access to the spa and game room. Highly recommend for an amazing time in Brian Head.

Brian, I am so happy that you and your family had a great time in Brian Head and you love the Ski in/ski out and easy access to the Giant Steps Express Lift! I am looking forward to your return stay in the near future!
Brian Head offers so much more than just winter sports. It's a place with the most beautiful views, peaceful wilderness, hiking, fishing, and simply a place to relax. Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park are within 1 1/2 hours drive., easily make a day trip. Not to mention all the ATV trails nearby.
Communication with the owner was prompt and timely. The pictures of property were accurate.
Location was great for ski in and out. Communication was timely with owner. Kitchen could use a deep clean and fridge should be cleaned out with expired food. The queen bed was quite comfortable! Check in binder should be updated for quest use. We enjoyed our stay even with a touch of altitude sickness.. lol. Would recommend for a quick get away!
We enjoyed this condo very much. It had everything we needed. Kids loved the video games and movies, hot tub and pool table. Best part is the ski-in, ski-out resort access.
Super convenient. Garage parking close to condo, best ski in, ski out condo we've stayed at. Nice game room and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again.
Good location to the slopes. 1st floor was the garage and not the condo. Parking was a nightmare because the garage is leaking and the ceiling is falling apart…ceiling heights were already incredibly low. So people with trucks be cautious. The condo is cute but a little crowded. The concern for me was cleanliness. The pillows and comforter stunk like dirty hair. And oven mitts have never been washed. My kids loved the place. And having a fireplace and firewood was nice.

Well, the underground garage is not really a "floor". Condos are on three levels. Ours is on the lowest level which is considered the first floor. Sorry if there was any confusion. Been a very long time since we've received a review under 5 stars. Very sorry to see this. I'll contact the property managers about the garage ceiling "falling apart". Folks, you're going want the underground parking that the Giant Steps complex has regardless if paint isn't perfect. Having a vehicle exposed in sub freezing temps wouldn't be much fun. I believe the height is 6'9". Never had any issue with any of my trucks. I suppose a very tall 4x4 might be tight.
