Stay at this newly renovated townhouse! Just 4 blocks to Rehoboth famous boardwalk and beautiful beach, a short walk will take you to Rehoboth Avenue's best restaurants, bars, and shops. This vacation townhouse is in the quiet community of Scarborough Village, just blocks away from a terrific playground and Rehoboth's historical amusement park, Funland.

The first floor has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops; a powder room, living and dining room in an open concept plan with direct access to a semiprivate patio off the back. The patio is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor furniture.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with on suite full bathrooms, closets, washer and dryer machines and storage. The master bedroom has a King bed, a Smart TV, a small desk, a dresser, a large closet, and double vanity and bathtub. There is a large deck off the master room that overlooks the saltwater community pool.
The second bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower, bunk beds, a queen bed, a dresser, and views to the beautiful gardens and patio.

Other features included with your stay are Cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, smart thermostats, and assigned/covered parking for 2 cars right in front of the unit.

A one-week 7-night minimum required to stay, Friday -Friday or Saturday-Saturday when renting in the Summer season, between Memorial and Labor Weekend. Off season rentals have a 3-night stay minimum.
A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 15 days of the date of checkout.
Check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 10 am
No pets allowed.
Guests need to bring their own linens (sheets and towels rentals are recommended)

The place wasn’t very clean. The floors and carpets were very dirty. Both upstairs bathrooms had sand in them. Supposedly no pets but it sure did smell like the previous guests had a pet in it. All of our allergies were bad when in living room. Water pressure was great though. Location was great.

Incredible vacation!

As my 15 yr old daughter said, “ it was amazing”! The space is bigger than appears online. The colors and decor beautiful and relaxing. Super clean. Super quiet. My husband and I took three teenage girls, and found ourselves relaxing in the condo and sent them out to the shops at night. Although it is several blocks from the beach, it is very close to the shops. I recommend rental bicycles for kids old enough to be out on their own at night as Rehobeth is very safe. We found plenty of parking near the beach and if we couldn’t find parking, it was about a half mile walk, regardless. The back patio with a grill was perfect for a stay at home dinners. The community itself was very quiet for us. Not only is the inside renovated but the entire buildings on the outside also renovated. We especially loved the two parking spots and covered parking. One of our screen doors was broken when we arrived and the owner had it fixed within 12 hours. The major plus for this unit and why we will stay there again is the pool. The pool is steps from the front door and is surrounded by trees, and very private. The girls would come back from the beach, rinse off, and go right to the pool. You can also see the pool from the upstairs, master bedroom balcony, which was helpful. I had no problems with the Wi-Fi as I had to work one day on our vacation. The desk upstairs in the master bedroom was perfect and comfortable for my workspace. So much to say about this wonderful unit!!!!
