Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The whole house felt comfortable, easy, relaxing. We had our small dog with us, so having a fully-enclosed, private back yard gave us peace of mind. Check-in and check-out were easy and Kara was just great to work with. Will definitely stay here again.
The location is within a few minutes of anything you want to do. The house is cute and stocked with anything you may need. I would definitely stay at this property again.
In Santa Rosa for an event at the county fairgrounds
Cozy little 2 BR place, but quite adequate for our needs. Clean and dog friendly. We appreciated the off-street parking, and the ready access (a mile away) to the freeway.
The location was very convenient. We loved using it as a base camp for our exploration of the area, including Sonoma, Napa, bodega Bay, Muir Woods, Healdsberg, etc. The inside was extremely clean and the photos were accurate. The beds were very comfortable so much so that we asked the host what kind they were in case we wanted to buy one too! Why we didn’t spend much time there at the backyard was a cute area and the chairs and umbrella were a great addition. The kitchen was well equipped minus a couple consumables that being oil and aluminum foil. No big deal. Having access to the garage to keep our rental car was very much appreciated. The big TV was great and the couch comfortable. As a few other reviewers noted there is some traffic noise in front of the house, mostly during commute hours in the morning and afternoon or when school pick up is happening. Since we use noise machines at night and generally are up in the mornings this didn’t bother us much. We would recommend this place to anyone coming to Santa Rosa and we would certainly stay here again ourselves.
Home-like atmosphere with everything furnished to make cooking, bathing and sleeping easy.Nice decorative touches. Great to be able to have dogs in the back yard. All in all, my favorite place to stay Sonoma County!!!
We stayed with our family of seven and our dog. The house was spotless and very well stocked. The back yard was also well kept and a nice place to relax with a glass of wine. I would definitely come back again.
The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We drove into San Francisco for a day and on another day rented bikes out of beautiful Sonoma Valley where we rode to wine taste. We would definitely stay again.

We wanted to extend our sincere gratitude for your thoughtful review of our home. We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay. Your kind words mean the world to us. Thanks for being a fantastic guest, and we hope to see you again soon!
We have stayed at this property in the past. It is a great convenient and stress free location. Kara is great to work with. It is like staying at a friend’s house. We will return every year!
This house was great! It had all the amenities and more that we needed! The washer was the biggest I have ever seen! We enjoyed our stay, everything was comfortable and clean. Karla was easy to get in touch with and provided us with the information we needed in advance making everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I loved staying at this cute and cozy home in a nice area of Santa Rosa. It was convenient for visiting our family who live in Sebastopol and for wine tasting and seeing other sights. We were happy that our dogs could be in a grassy and fully fenced yard. Our host provided everything for a very comfortable stay and we would be happy to return for another family vacation.
Location, quiet, super clean, beds were excellent, and all the amenities of home. Restaurants, grocery, gas station, highway access just bocks away. Our host was very gracious and understanding when I made a booking error and quickly problem solved the issue so we could continue with our best vacation ever. Santa Rosa is the perfect location for anything you may want to do in Northern California. Can’t wait to return to this vrbo.
My husband and I traveled to Santa Rosa for birth of our grandson. We wanted a small place nearby so we could be available to kids and give them space. We stayed a week. The host communicated with us and even allowed us to add a few days.
The house was great. My husband recommends having a grill available but that is a minor thing.
This was a perfect fit for us, our pups and friends. We felt very comfortable to have all the conveniences of home. Situated in a neighborhood, with a little dog park nearby and easily accessible to stores and coffee shops and area friends. The beds are very comfortable, new appliances in the kitchen, a backyard with seating and ambient lighting plus a garage to park in was very much like our everyday living. Our host was also very responsive to our inquiries which I also appreciated.
My friends and I (4 people total) stayed here for three nights and felt very comfortable and safe. We were exploring many different regions of wine country (), including Healdsburg and Calistoga, and also took a trip out to Jenner to kayak/see redwoods and it was a great, fairly central location to get to all of those from in a reasonable amount of time. The house itself was very clean, spacious, beds were really comfy, and we appreciated having access to a washer/dryer as well. We didn't end up cooking much, but the kitchen was well stocked. Great water pressure in the shower. The backyard w/ patio furniture was also really nice to have to sit out back with a glass of wine and some snacks. The hosts provided all necessary info in a timely manner - would recommend this VRBO to anyone in a smaller group (max. 4 maybe, although one could sleep on the couch).
Central location, Pet friendly and great communication
Two adults and three small dogs stayed here in September. It was a fantastic location, within 30 mins-1 hour of all the attractions. The actual home was clean, felt safe and was well stocked. I appreciate having the garage and access to some cleaning supplies to tidy up as the week went on. Washer and dryer was easy to use as well. The yard is fully fenced and private, nicely kept and has turf so it is very nice for pets. Although this is a duplex, it is very private and the only shared wall seems to be the garage. It was quiet and comfortable. The host is quick with communication and gave lots of guidance on local things to do. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
The property was clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The host put thougt into making guests comfortable. The backyard was very nice.
We believe a grab bar would make the shower safer. A railing or bar by the front steps would also make it more safe. A mat at the back door would help keep from tracking things into the kitchen. A simple “how to “ list for the heater and other appliances would help. The hosts expectations of guests would be nice up front. We had to leave early and therefore couldn’t put the towels in the washing machine nor start the dishwasher. We did wash all dishes by hand as we used them. Thank you
