Pacifica is a custom beachside two level, 3 bedroom plus den home located 3 minutes walking distance to spectacular Chesterman Beach.

Situated on a forested half acre, the home features exposed fir timbers, custom windows and shingled exterior, extensive fir wide plank floors, slate and carpet throughout, handcrafted furniture made from recycled fir, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, master bedroom on the main floor with king size bed and private ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower, two guest bedrooms each with queen beds, two full bathrooms, games room with pool table and east facing patio, and a large west facing cedar deck with private hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture. Pacifica is pet friendly and will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

We have been renting vacation homes on Chesterman for many years, and this is by far our favourite for many reasons. The layout of the house itself is so wonderful. The large open living space is great for gatherings of family and friends; there are several comfortable bedrooms, a pool table upstairs, and amazing outdoor deck space (with a hot tub) that is private. The beds are so comfortable (something that is important to me), and the kitchen is well stocked and great for any type of cooking you might want to do. While not directly on Chesterman, it is a short 5-minute walk to the beach, which we actually prefer because it is quiet and private. The house is set back from the road (again, quiet and private), and the landscaping is minimal but elegant; it is really built within the beautiful rainforest—so whether you are inside looking out one of the many large windows, outside on the deck, or in the hot tub, you are really in the rainforest. This is something for me that is not trivial—after spending many vacations in this area for decades, what I look forward to the most when we plan to return is being in the rainforest. As a host, Fred is fabulous! He is available when we have questions and really takes care of his guests. He is so easy to communicate with and rent from. We look forward to returning soon and are grateful that this beautiful home is available for us to stay in.

Perfect family stay

Pacifico was a lovely home for our adult family to stay! Roomy, well appointed with plenty of utensils in the kitchen! Was fantastic for all of us to have our own rooms and full bathrooms (3 couples). A few of us enjoyed the hot tub and really enjoyed having billiards available!Very minor issues to be addressed were a non working dishwasher (there is another one) and a few outdated condiments but that would not deter us from staying here again! Location was amazing-2min walk to Chesterman Beach!!

The house was very nice and the location is fantastic! Very short walk to the beach and there is also a bike and walking path from the house to a local shopping center with a cafe, chocolate shop, food, surf rentals, and bike rentals etc. The house was well equipped and had boogie boards, skim boards, beach towels, sand toys, and wagon to make going to the beach and stores very easy. Chesterman beach was great for surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding and walking along the beautiful coast. Very relaxing and pleasant stay

We love this Tofino property. It’s perfect for our group of 6 adults. Lots of room, and so close to the beach! We had a rainy weekend so made good use of the pool table and available games. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfy and close to the beach!

Lots of room for my husband and I, our two teenagers, as well as the in-laws and our pup. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great! We were able to surf at North Chesterman and then walk back to the house (5min) to warm up. Hot tub was clean and hot, furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We used the bbq, and the pool table was a fun bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Awesome family vacation at Fred’s house

This is our third time staying at this beautiful home near Chesterman Beach in Tofino. The house is lovely, well stocked, and is comfortable, with plenty of room for all of us. The convenient proximity to Chesterman Beach, just a short walk less than 2 minutes away, is what we love most of all about staying here.

The Ultimate Tofino Stay

Our family loved our stay at the property, so much so this was our second stay. The dogs enjoyed the short walk to the beach as much as we did! We appreciated all the little extra details like soaps, body wash, extra towels, lots of games, and many different cooking spices etc. We will definitely stay here again in the future :)

The result was better than my dreams.

Why they chose this property

I love the tall trees on the property, and the proximity to the best beach in Canada (yes I am biased) is the draw for me. I built several other houses in the neighborhood, but this one is my favorite!

PACIFICA is geared for relaxation, something all of us need! The proximity to the beach, hot tub, pool table, 65" tv and hammock will draw you in, and hopefully bring you back.
