You're looking at wonderful vacation home to make Treasured Memories! It is located only 4 houses from the beach. It is within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, fire pits and entertainment. Close to Balboa Fun Zone, Huntington Beach, Amusement parks, Fashion Island Mall and Catalina and Balboa Islands

Located in a duplex, this REMODELED 3bedroom 3 bath condo has a unique 2 story layout with the downstairs consisting of an open floor plan with French doors to the large front patio, a beautifully remodeled fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets and white quartz countertops. In addition to the living area and kitchen, there is also a bedroom furnished with full/twin bunk beds and a 3/4 size bathroom with walk-in shower. The home has new beautiful laminate floor throughout the home with new commercial grade carpet in the bedrooms. This welcoming beach house continues upstairs to the additional 2 Master bedrooms. The upstairs front bedroom includes a 2 person quaint balcony with Peek A Boo view of the ocean. The balcony can be seen in the top picture. (patio on the left). The 1st master suite has a full size bathroom with Tub/Shower. The 2nd Master Suite has a queen bed and a newly added small walk-in shower bathroom for added convenience.

We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Surf Board, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas and Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.

The home is proudly hosted by TREASURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We are a family owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a personal touch to your vacation experience. We have 5 vacation homes that are located next to each other on 45th and 46th street in Newport Beach. Perfect Spot!
We had the pleasure of booking both units and had the best experience! When we showed up to check in everything was not just clean but smelled clean and was spotless! Brenda takes such pride in her properties and that is evident! Anything you could possibly need was there to use. The location is still in the action but quiet enough when it’s time to settle down. I just can’t say enough good things about our stay! Will be recommending to friends and family and can’t wait to stay again!
