Use of 3 bedrooms upstairs and entire upstairs area with full bathroom and one master bedroom and attached full bathroom downstairs main level
However please visit Port Royale marina 10 mins drive away to book your boat and enjoy the lake. You can book it on the app Getmyboat
You have full access to full kitchen/living room/dining area in main level and another full bathroom on main level next to kitchen and the exterior deck by the kitchen and the entire upstairs of 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom

Other things to note
I or my caretaker/ cleaner lives in the private suite duplex next door so we will share driveway but not intrude into your interior space,
Please respect neighbours and keep noise level down at all times .

Due to septic tank no garbage disposal on kitchen sink
All garbage into trash bin please
