About this property

Private 4BR/3BA home w/3 living areas, ping pong, deck and yard- walk to Dewey.

Recently renovated 4 bedroom 3 bath home with two primary en suite bedrooms. A few minutes to the beach and downtown Rehoboth and short walk to Dewey. The home is in a tucked away quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything. Three living spaces plus a spacious outdoor deck and yard. Great vacation home for families. In addition- conveniently located home to stay if you are attending an event at the DE Turf.
Linens and towels not provided. Guests can bring linens or use the local linen service:

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No exceptions.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
This property is not equipped with cable. Guests can stream with their own accounts.
Lawn care service comes every Tuesday during the summer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. No street parking in the neighborhood.

Better than described. Great location convenient and walkable to the beach and some restaurants. We had a group of 6 and it was very spacious and had great facilities for cooking and laundry and lots of comfortable spaces to hang out.

Nice house in quit neighborhood

This house is very comfortable and was very clean on arrival. It’s a quiet neighborhood but not far from beach and restaurants in Dewey. The ping pong table in the garage was also a nice addition. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice, spacious home in a quaint neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the opportunity to bring our doggie. There is plenty of room for multiple guests and three living areas to hang out. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, although the refrigerator and dishwasher are aged. This is the first time we stayed on the west side of route 1, so it added a little extra effort for us to get to the beach. The neighborhood was really nice for walking. Being close to the bay side exposed us to a lot of mosquito bites. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and quick attention to any inquiries. We also appreciated the addition of the new gas grill and dropping of a brush to clean it.

Perfect for our Family

Our three-generation family thoroughly enjoyed our Dewey beach stay here. I was afraid it might be too small for three families but it was very comfortable and clean. My grandson loved playing ping pong and my daughter was so happy she could take their family pet. The kids and parents biked to the beach each day while we drove the car loaded with our chairs, umbrella, etc. to them at the beach. The hosts were super easy to connect with if you had any questions and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We especially appreciated the back deck with the towering trees in the yard and the grill for cooking dinners. Definitely recommend this property. It's a great value.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious. The back deck was beautiful space to sit with coffee in the morning. We prefer to drive to the beach but it's only a half a mile by bike or walking. Great location! Good time !

Spacious, good location

Close to Dewey and Rehoboth. Walk or bike to the beach. Walk into Dewey. This house was very clean and with plenty of room and ammenities. Owner was helpful and accommodating. We will be renting here again:) Great to be able to bring our small dog too!

Nelia is incredibly responsive. We didn’t have many questions/needs but she was quick to respond to those we did have. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk to the beach but away from the highway and hubbub of Dewey. There was plenty of space for our two families. The house was clean and checkin was easy.

House was beautiful, nice area and close to beach, lots to do around the area. Made a bit of loud noise one night and the door was accidentally left open, so noise echoed out to the neighborhood and they neighbors were friendly enough to address the issue themselves by informing us the door was left open and such. Would recommend

What's not to love about this home!? Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood and great layout. Short walk to the beach. Deer walking through the backyard. Baby blue jay nestled on the ground right by the outside shower. Our hostess, Nelia, is very responsive and recommended great places to eat. We also met her husband, John, who is super nice.
