Location, location, location! We are in the heart of Dewey Beach overlooking the Rehoboth Bay, beautifully decorated, landscaped and comes with two parking spaces! One block will get you to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, kayaking, playgrounds and more! We offer everything you need for a perfect family vacation or friends get away and yes, pups are free! Large dog crate included! Our updated beach themed condo is three levels, four bedrooms, two and half baths, outdoor shower, small fenced in yard, four decks with the main one fully furnished with a buffet ledge, bar stools, table, lounge chair, nicely landscaped and ready for morning coffee or happy hour overlooking the bay. Enjoy cooking in our updated kitchen with all brand new appliances and every kitchen gadget and tools you can think of from air fryer, Instapot, crock pot, blender, pod coffee maker, ice maker, spices, and more! Our bedrooms offer unique spaces for getting ready for a night out! Comfortable beds, as well as sleep sound machines and fans in every room. We provide all blankets, pillows comforters. Bring your own sheets. All bathrooms have hair dryers, towels and washcloths! Other amenities include beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach bags, and boogie boards. WE HAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU! Let us know if your stay is a special occasion and we will add a fun surprise! Staying for a holiday? We can add some fun decor to make it special for your guests too! We had a great stay at this location. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We had 4 adult couples, each had their own bed/bedroom, but shared bathrooms. Had a wonderful stay; would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Dewey at Kim and Kelly’s! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax. The town itself is charming, full of personality, and offers a great mix of fun and relaxation. Whether you’re into beach days, live music, or just strolling around, there's something for everyone.One of the best parts? It’s incredibly dog-friendly! Our pups felt right at home and loved exploring the area just as much as we did. The neighbors were also fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and really added to the laid-back vibe of the trip.The house was beautiful, decorated with a perfect beachy touch that made it feel warm and inviting. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, pet-friendly getaway with a great mix of charm and entertainment ! Friends Trip!

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Very comfortable house with all the amenities you need and the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and the hosts communication was always quick and helpful both leading up to and during the trip.

Cute and cozy

Kelly’s house was so nice for some friends to join us in Dewey Beach. Very nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of beds and a great view of the bay. Very convenient location for walking to see all Dewey has to offer.

Great stay in great locstion

We had a great stay, with two parents, a teenage son, five of his friends and the family dog. It’s a cozy condo for eight, but it worked great as a home base for lots of time out at the beach and on the town. Kelly was very helpful with communication, and the provision of a large dog crate was a big space saver in our packing!

Dewey Getaway

A cozy, comfy stay with prime location for activities of all kinds. Kelly was very helpful throughout and made the check in/out processes easy. A bonus I didn’t expect was how nice the AC was! We loved relaxing on the balcony before dinner and having access to a bunch of beach chairs and toys.

Cozy, Bay View Townhome

Excellent location, Quiet (yes, even w/Bottle & Cork on the corner!), Cozy, Clean, Beautiful Bay View! Owner was promptly response and this was a great experience for our family. Home was very comfortable and inviting, it felt like we asked to stay a friends house for a week rather than it be a rental! Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants!

Fantastic Dewey Beach Visit

Fantastic location with short walk to beach! Property is well very appointed, kitchen well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. As described, it’s just up the block from restaurants and music (but quiets down at 10pm). Everything we needed was provided; host is proactively communicative and responsive. Perfect for a family stay!

We stayed here for a Sunday-Wednesday trip. Our group was two couples with one 5 year old, two 2 year olds and an infant. We found the place to be exactly we needed. The rooms fit both families comfortably, with both two year olds having their own bedrooms and easily fit a pack and play/crib. The place was very kid friendly as well and “safe” for them to explore. The location is very nice, a 5 minute walk to the beach and of course a 3 minute walk to any of the hot spots. Check in was seamless and Kelly let us in an hour early, which is appreciated with little ones. Check out was great too. Kelly let us know we could stay until 5 if we wanted to, which made a huge difference in our day…we were able to go to the Starboard for breakfast and then were able to go back to the beach for an hour before leaving, and those things made a huge difference before a 6.5 hour drive home with little ones. For two families with younger kids this place is a dream. The cost is reasonable, location great and owners are wonderful to deal with. I would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect weekend getaway spot

We spent a long weekend at Kellyann’s townhome and everything about it was great. It was clean, updated, and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance of all of the go to restaurants and bars in Dewey. However, it’s set back by the bay and is not noisy. The beach is also a short walk. Kellyann makes sure her guests have all of the amenities for an easy stay. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances and gadgets you need and beach chairs and towels are all available for use. My favorite thing about the house was the second floor balcony. It was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a post beach cocktail. We hope to return soon!

Great condo, great location

I stayed here at the end of August with a group of girls. Kelly was a great host who went above and beyond to let me know the happening spots to be every single night including nice restaurants and fun bars. You can tell she really cares about her property and guests. The condo is literally steps away from the bay (you have a nice water view from the deck!) and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bottle and Cork is a very fun bar that is at the corner of this street so no need to worry about driving! We also took the trolley to Rehoboth Beach one night. This was my first time in Dewey Beach and I’d definitely return. Kelly was great and I’d stay there again! Thanks for the memories!

Couldn’t beat location

We had a great time at this beautiful townhouse. All bedrooms are on first floor. There was no problem with noise because everyone was quiet by 10 pm. It’s so walkable to everything; restaurants, stores, beach, you name it. There are lots of cute glass knickknacks, which we put away until we left because we were worried they’d break. The beds are extremely soft and we slept well. There are plenty of small bathrooms so you don’t have to share. Host also has everything you could need under every bathroom sink. We did some extra cleaning when we got there. That’s just us though. I think this host reads reviews and really tries to make any improvements suggested. The couch has been updated to a new, larger sofa. Very comfortable.

It was my wedding weekend, and kelly treated us like we were family! She was thoroughly thoughtful, went to great lengths for us to feel safe during inclement weather, extremely pet-friendly, and kept an open line for questions and/or recommendations to make our stay better in every way! The perfect place to stay at the beach. Really close to the water and yet in a quiet area in spite of being close to everything! The house is very clean and well stocked, careful instructions for things like WiFi and remote controls plus info on things to do. We enjoyed trying out the air fryer. So comfy for us and our dogs and the host was so kind and responsive! We will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is in the perfect Dewey Beach location! Enjoy the sunsets on the bay from our spacious living room deck or relax on the deck overlooking the garden in the backyard, or enjoy stellar views form the rooftop deck. Our place has a very happy, bright, beachy, cozy feel, and it is our home in the winter. We pride ourselves in its appearance and the little extras that make things perfect for your stay like 8 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers bags, etc. We are on the bay, one block from the beach, and all that Dewey has to offer... award winning restaurants bars, and LIVE music every night! Directly across the street, behind the Bay Resort Motel you can rent Kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards to enjoy the bay! Park your car and GO! We are one mile form the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, ten minutes south to Bethany, and one half hour south to Ocean City, Maryland! Because Dewey Beach has a Noise Ordinance, we cannot accommodate noisy, rowdy guests or we will lose our rental license. So if you are here to be loud, destructive and crazy, this may not be the place for you.
We love families, couples sharing the house and respectful singles.
We do allow for well-behaved dogs for no charge.
No cats. No smoking or drugs, please.
