Location, location, location! We are in the heart of Dewey Beach overlooking the Rehoboth Bay, beautifully decorated, landscaped and comes with two parking spaces! One block will get you to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, kayaking, playgrounds and more! We offer everything you need for a perfect family vacation or friends get away and yes, pups are free! Large dog crate included! Our updated beach themed condo is three levels, four bedrooms, two and half baths, outdoor shower, small fenced in yard, four decks with the main one fully furnished with a buffet ledge, bar stools, table, lounge chair, nicely landscaped and ready for morning coffee or happy hour overlooking the bay. Enjoy cooking in our updated kitchen with all brand new appliances and every kitchen gadget and tools you can think of from air fryer, Instapot, crock pot, blender, pod coffee maker, ice maker, spices, and more! Our bedrooms offer unique spaces for getting ready for a night out! Comfortable beds, as well as sleep sound machines and fans in every room. We provide all blankets, pillows comforters. Bring your own sheets. All bathrooms have hair dryers, towels and washcloths! Other amenities include beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach bags, and boogie boards. WE HAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU! Let us know if your stay is a special occasion and we will add a fun surprise! Staying for a holiday? We can add some fun decor to make it special for your guests too! We had a great stay! Location was perfect able to walk anywhere and everywhere in Dewey. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night being so close to nightlife venues. House was as pictured, we brought our pup and loved how accommodating the house was with a crate, dog food/water bowls in addition to high quality beach chairs, wagon, and towels! The house had an unexpected AC issue and the host was incredibly responsive and was able to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay again and recommend the property.

Kelly was absolutely fantastic! She is an excellent commentator and loves to recommend and suggest activities. The house has everything you need and it’s in a great location of walking to all of the Dewey restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. If there are ever an issues with the house she is on top of it and eager to solve any problem. The loft is one of the best rooms with plenty of space and should not be discounted in any way.

Kelly was amazing and so responsive! It was a very hot weekend over July 4 and she actually was able to get us another air-conditioning unit to try to keep the place cooler.The best place in town to view the fireworks! Front row seating!

We had a great stay at this location. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We had 4 adult couples, each had their own bed/bedroom, but shared bathrooms. Had a wonderful stay; would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fabulous place, location, host, views, etc! Even better than the pictures - super cute beach decor, open concept main floor with a great balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious/clean/comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for 2 families and 2 dogs! The location was excellent and was central to restaurants and night life and close to the beach. The property manager was so accommodating and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this for a stay at the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, center of Dewey. We had a large group and 2 dogs. Owner was beyond accomodating, she went way beyond to help us out. Can't thank her enough for a wonderful stay.

The perfect place to stay at the beach. Really close to the water and yet in a quiet area in spite of being close to everything! The house is very clean and well stocked, careful instructions for things like WiFi and remote controls plus info on things to do. We enjoyed trying out the air fryer. So comfy for us and our dogs and the host was so kind and responsive! We will definitely be back!

My golden rule is simple: I treat my guests the way I would want to be treated. I want you to feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to enjoy everything this wonderful resort area has to offer.

My condo is in the perfect Dewey Beach location! Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the bay from my spacious living room deck, relax on the backyard deck overlooking the garden, or head up to the rooftop deck for stellar views.

The condo has a happy, bright, beachy, and cozy feel. It’s also my home during the winter, so I take great pride in keeping it beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for. I’ve added lots of little extras to help make your stay easy and enjoyable, including 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach cart, and more.

I’m located right on the bay and just one block from the beach, with everything Dewey has to offer right outside your door—award-winning restaurants, great bars, and LIVE music every night!

Want to get out on the water? Directly across the street, behind the Bay Resort Motel, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards and enjoy the beautiful bay.

A Note About My Guests

Dewey Beach has a Noise Ordinance, and I must follow it in order to maintain my rental license. Because of this, I cannot accommodate noisy, rowdy, or destructive guests. If you’re looking for a place to party, get loud, or be crazy, this probably isn’t the right home for you.

I love hosting families, couples sharing the house, and respectful singles who want to enjoy the beach, relax, have fun, and make great memories.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at no additional charge! 🐾
No cats, please.
No smoking or drugs.

IMPORTANT: I DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR SENIOR WEEK OR GRAD WEEK. Please do not ask or have your parents sign the lease for you.
