We loved the house. We had a great time. We found the house was exactly as it was pictured and described. It was perfectly cleaned, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The communication back-and-forth was very helpful. The checking in and checkout was easy-to-use. It was a quick walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with this rental! We really appreciated how quiet and relaxed Kure Beach is, and the home’s location on a cul-de-sac made it feel especially peaceful. It was a great spot to unwind and enjoy time with our family.The location was a highlight—a quiet setting while still being convenient for enjoying Kure Beach and the Carolina Beach area. Communication with the host was great throughout our stay, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Our stay at Zen House was wonderful. Communications leading up to our stay and throughout was fantastic. The house was clean and with everything you could need. The beach was a short 2 block walk with private access. I highly recommend the Zen House!

Everything we could possibly need or want was provided, and the communication was great. I’m sure if we had any issues they would’ve been resolved quickly. Close to the beach, but has great privacy!

As a recently retired educator, I have looked forward to being at the beach in September for a very long time. Our trip and stay at the Zen House was everything we had hoped for. The space was perfect for our family and having access to the beach so close made for a perfect get-away. The home is well equipped and I would look forward to returning if the opportunity allows!

The Zen House was absolutely the best appointed house that we have ever rented. Fantastic beds and linens. The kitchen had everything that you need & more. The neighborhood was quiet and you can hear the waves while sitting on the deck. Short walk to the private beach. We love Kure Beach and would stay at the Zen House again. Excellent communication with the host. Well stocked beach gear and the bikes were great.

The house was perfect. It fit our family perfectly. The amenities were awesome and the location was ideal. The private beach access was nice and the beach was not crowded at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay

The house was great! Very clean and well stocked. The PM was super friendly and answered any questions we had. The walk to the beach is very short. Having a private access meant there was plenty of free space at the beach to spread out.

A peaceful vacation!

The location is great for finding good food and beaches. The neighbors were friendly. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. Zen house is a place to slow it down and breath. Thanks for allowing our pup to come too.!

True relaxation

We enjoyed the Zen house very much. Our hosts anticipated everything guests could possibly need. The private beach access was great! My son said it best when he expressed that there was a "sense of community" there with all the neighbors enjoying their routines as if we belonged.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Zen House. Everything was perfect. Beautiful immaculate home with very well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. The owner was fabulous - very communicative, thoughtful, and responsive. We hope to be back again before relocating to the Wilmington area next year. Highly recommend!

Great summer vacation

The house exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, clean and inviting. Also well stocked. Location was perfect and the walk to the beach was just a few minutes. Communication with the property manager couldn't have been better, who went above and beyond for us. We hope to return!

Definitely a zen house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zen House. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach with private access, the location is great. The house is comfortable and well stocked with all the beach items you could want. The project manager Barbara was so nice and helpful and made great restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was comfortable, nice fluffy towels, everything was great! Can’t wait to come back.

Spring Break 2024

We enjoyed our stay at, Kure Beach Zen House! It was a perfect fit and the host and Co-Host were very accommodating prior to our stay and throughout! The location is ideal and private beach access is perfect for early am or sunset walk! The bikes provided with the rental are perfect to enjoy the island greenway and finish the day with game of ping pong! Communication with host was very responsive and helpful during our stay and would highly recommended this rental!
