We were in town for a wedding - the house was perfect for our family of 7. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. One note, there are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, was fine for us - I do not remember how it was listed just noting in case you have several couples. Location was great, short uber ride into Newport and just around the corner from the Winery. Joseph provided clear instructions regarding check-in/check-out and was available if needed. We had a great trip.

Amazing stay! Very clean, great location close to downtown Newport/middletown beaches. Loved the fenced in background for our dogs. Quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Spotless, quiet, safe place to stay. Excellent communication with the owner, who let us check in a few minutes early since we were already in the area. So close to everything! Be to the mansions or the waterfront in just minutes. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Great Weekend Getaway!

My college friends and I had a great stay at this property! Enough space for 8 adults, house was spotless when we got there, and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend for a group who wants to explore Newport!

Great house!

This house was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 kiddos). It was super clean and comfortable, and the backyard had so much for our 4 year old and 2.5 year old to do, including a zip line! The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Only about 10 minutes to town and close to Middletown grocery stores. Would definitely book again!

Perfect little house

We had my sons wedding and needed a place where my family could stay with their dog. This house fit the bill. It was close to Newport and was very clean. My family had a great experience and would definitely pick this house again for the next trip.
