Thank you for your great review. Sorry I didn’t get to meet you. John told me about the dogs paws 🐾. Hope it’s doing better. By the way what is the dog’s name, John needs that for the sign for our brag fence in the back yard. Thanks, Billie
Beautiful property. Exactly as described. Extremely clean and met our needs. Beautiful porches, which we sat and enjoyed the quiet. Loved staying there, just wish it had been for pleasure and not business. You can count on us coming back!!

Thank you for the great review. Glad you enjoyed the house. We hope to see you back in the near future. Thank, John & Billie
We loved the house. We enjoyed sitting on the porches, using the firepit, and playing in the yard. The house was clean and the location was great for visiting family in the area. There is even a nearby baseball team that my son and I enjoyed watching in the evening. John and Billie were excellent hosts and we enjoyed talking with them and reading about the history of the house. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thank you for the great review. We enjoyed talking with you all. Hope to see you back in the future! We loved the sunshine 🌞 face on the kitchen porch, made our day! Billie & John
We were in TN for my sister’s grandson’s wedding. We really didn’t get to spend much time at the property because we were running around visiting relatives. However, the time that we were there it was really peaceful and quiet. Loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

What an absolutely wonderful stay! This charming, historic home was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly affordable. We loved the binder detailing the home's history—it added such a special touch to an already beautiful property.Billie and John are truly exceptional hosts! They took the time to visit with us and share fascinating stories about the home, the surrounding properties that were once part of the original farmstead, and the directional signs along the back fence John makes. They also gave us wonderful recommendations for exploring downtown Elizabethton. And the birdwatching was fantastic! Billie has bird feeders throughout the property that attract an incredible variety of birds. We enjoyed watching woodpeckers, robins, jays, cardinals, and so many others throughout our stay. It was such a peaceful and delightful way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings!Check-in and checkout were effortless, with some of the simplest checkout requirements we've ever encountered! One tip: definitely follow the driving directions provided by the hosts rather than GPS. Their directions are spot-on, while GPS takes you one turn too far.The property was so peaceful, the hospitality was genuine, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We all absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Thank you, Billie and John, for making our Tennessee visit even more special!

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming home! It was perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. The house was cozy, beautifully kept and much detail to admire. Its not always easy finding a place this is truly pet-friendly while still being so clean and comfortable, but this host nailed it! We loved the vibe of the house and appreciate all the thoughtful touches. The house was close to EVERYTHING you would want to visit. Thank you for hosting us- we definitely would revisit.
