Beautiful seventh floor condominium located in the Amelia by the Sea complex. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and hosts amazing oceanfront views. Amelia by the Sea guests have access to an 800ft private fishing pier.

You will enjoy magnificent ocean views from your balcony of this top floor stunner. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guestrooms share a hall bathroom which has a bathtub/shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed for a comfortable night's sleep, and the second guestroom has 2 queen beds. There are also a washer and dryer in the unit to make it easy to do laundry.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family. This property also has cable and wi-fi for your entertainment.

If the beach isn't for you, there is also a large swimming pool with plenty of loungers, community grills, and tennis courts - one of which is marked for pickle ball.

The beach is an easy walk, the pool is great, the beds are comfy, and there are carts by the elevator to help you load/unload luggage. Great location! Can't beat the view (love the patio).

Kristi was a wonderful help with setting up our weekend. The condo was perfect for all of us and very specious. We appreciated the snacks left for us especially since we got in late and food places shut down early on the Island.

Location was perfect, the view was AMAZING (by far the best feature of the property, perfect for watching the moon rise), security of property also made our stay very comfortable (that is always something I look for when taking my family on vacation). Property manager was GREAT, responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place To Stay

This condo was truly a great place to stay on Amelia Island. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was great. It is on the top floor (7th floor) of the complex, so the view was fantastic. Everything was clean. The accommodations were very nice. The only drawback was that the online listing stated that there was a walk-in shower. Both showers were tub-based. My handicapped mother was unable to use a shower for the duration of the vacation due to the misinformation.

The great view was accurate beyond that not to much else . Pool and hot tub were closed , which in turn meant that shower to clean off sand from beach was not operational. Walk in shower still not installed despite response from last August that said it would be , we had a gentlemen with hip injury who had issues like others before getting in and out of shower . Due to pool renovation that was not disclosed you could not sit on balcony to enjoy the view due to noise from the work being done. For high end rental it was very dated and in need of a lot of work. If the rental information had been honest about shower and disclosed pool and hot tub closure we would have made another choice. First time in long time felt deceived in a VRBO property .

Top Floor Beauty with the most fabulous views around. Cable and Wi-Fi are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the property. All the comforts of home. Guests of Amelia by the Sea have access to an 800 foot fishing pier. There are also tennis courts, outdoor grills and an Olympic size swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Directly across the street is a long time favorite restaurant, the Surf. Enjoy local seafood, great drinks and live music.

You can arrange for bike rentals, kayak tours, fishing trips or surf lessons. Fort Clinch, our local state park has private beaches, nature trails and a civil war era fort to explore.
