About this property

Beautiful casita with balcony located in the upper level.

This beautiful property is five minutes north from the town center and is located directly on the river.

This cozy casita is just over 300 square feet and includes a fully equipped kitchen with amenities and utensils, A/C Wifi, safety box, private bathroom with hot water, living room with TV and balcony area.

Our private property includes two buildings, the caretaker suite and the two casitas. The casita has a private entrance and balcony. The space includes two AC units and ceiling fans as well as a safe.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with niche for shampoos/soaps and gorgeous granite countertops.

The kitchen has full-sized appliances and is fully equipped for cooking with cookware, dishware, glassware/plasticware, utensils and silverware. Also included is a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave.

The living room has a sofa that pulls out to a full-sized bed, dining area for up to 3 people, coffee table, 43" TV with Netflix and local cable. WiFi is available throughout the unit.

As our guest you will have access to the onsite BBQ, lounge chairs, and pier/dock - perfect to pick-up and drop off for excursions!

Our onsite caretaker, Javier, will provide assistance during your stay.
Laundry can be completed by our caretaker onsite for you for $8USD per load.

There is a vegetable stand and grocery store two blocks from the property.

With a quick walk in town, you will be able to enjoy restaurants, gift shops, tour shops, & grocery stores.

San Pedro, like most Caribbean islands, is a beautiful tropical paradise in a small developing country. Although most of the time everything works great, there are occasional power, water and Wi-Fi interruptions.

River Casita

The casita was new and very clean. It was in a great location close to town and amenities. The apartment was well appointed with a great stove and full sized fridge. The one down side was the plastic tableware, cups, plates and glasses. A real wine glass with proper glass tableware would be a welcome addition. Otherwise a great place and would recommend it.

Casita by the river, San Pedro, Belize

Beautiful place ,100% USA standard accommodation , very pleasant people managing the property. The river runs in the backyard, with a nice dock where boats can come to pick you up and bring you back home after an ocean trip. Great fishing also. I strongly recommend this affordable cost vacations place which I can rate it a 10 out of 10. John Nicholas, from Las Vegas NV, had a beautiful 17 days vacation.

Clean, quiet, perfect in every way!

Missy is wonderful to work with. Javier and his wife are amazing. The location is quiet in the evening to sleep. You can shop by walking to the deli next door or at the corner Super Buy. Sit on the porch with your favorite beverage and watch the boats come back from the reef. Mornings are just as much fun to watch the sun rise over the reef too. A short ride to the beach and all the best spots to eat and play. Thanks for all you did to make our stay perfect.

Lovely Casita in the locals neighborhood

Loved staying here and getting a real local experience. Javier the care taker was great. Missy was very responsive. Overall great experience.
