The location was fantastic! We’re right next to the pool and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was exactly what we needed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Amelia Island! The condo was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. One of our favorite things was the quick and easy walk to the beach — so convenient and beautiful.The area itself is absolutely gorgeous with so much to explore, from the charming shops and restaurants to the scenic surroundings. It was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. We would definitely stay here again!Carla

This was the perfect mix of beachside and quiet condo. It was close to the beach with a wonderful path, the condo had all of the necessities and was very comfortable. The pool was close by and easy to access. While the condo is within a gated area, there were stores nearby. We fully enjoyed our stay!

The condo was plenty big enough and the location was perfect. You could park close to the condo so no long walk. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and no steps. Thankfully it’s a bridge over the dunes. Turtles, squirrels and lizards were all around so we enjoyed that! Nice pool. Everything in the condo was clean

The condo was very clean but overall could use some updating. There is some touch up painting that needs to be done and bathrooms are showing their age but everything was fully functional. The living room furniture wasn't very comfortable and was quite small for the space...a massive TV across from a love seat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the linens were nice. The kichen was pretty well appointed and the washer/dryer was really nice and new. The pool was right outside the condo and was in desperate need of cleaning...and full of leaves but no net to help clean them out. It may not always be like this...if clean, would have been a great pool. The path to the beach is fantastic and just a short walk. There are lots of gopher tortoises around the property which was cool. It was nice to have a beach wagon provided but the beach chairs could also use an update.

We had a great view of the pool. The weather wasn't great, but the walk to the beach was very nice. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We had a small issue with the toilet, but maintenance addressed it promptly. Very nice area. Amelia island two thumbs up.

When you enter the Village it is like an oasis. So beautiful. Our condo was very nice. Both bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. The pool is large, clean and rarely crowded. I am 66 y/o with a bad knee so the walk to beach is a bit long for me but well worth it. Our condo did not offer ocean views but many of them are oceanfront. The beds/pillows are comfortable. One bath has walk-in shower (no seat or grab bar). The location is convenient to all activities. Many good restaurants and we took a fun Pirate Ship cruise on the Amelia River. The hosts are kind and helpful with any question or concern. My daughter and I highly recommend this as the place to stay. There is also another beach access 1/2 mile away (Scott's Road) with free parking and it is an easier walk to the ocean. We hope to visit again someday.....and stay oceanfront !!

Lots of great areas nearby for morning walks or bike rides! Easy access to beach. Super convenient to get to downtown Fernandina. Enjoyed the patio facing the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a 2nd floor view of the pool surrounded by beautiful liveoak trees. it was shaded most of the time with a cool gentle breeze. The sun rise was right in front of us every morning thru the deck doors. we had a very relaxing stay.

I've stayed in Summer Beach several times. This unit is by far one of the cleanest and well appointed properties. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Beautiful location

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and comfortable. They do not provide any toiletries except hand soap so remember to bring your own. Overall it was perfect for us.

Week at Ferdandina Beach

Fantastic location. Super close to beach and short drive into the cutest town ever! Issue with unit when we first arrived was taken care of promptly by owners. Kitchen is galley style...living room small but adequate for 4 people. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Bathrooms were average . Overall this unit needs updating and new kitchenware, but for a week was fine for our family. We would definitely plan another trip to this area and would use Amelia Island Getaways again.
