Great Home

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the large dining table for meals and playing games. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Excellent Property!

House was terrific. The mountain views from the back of the house were amazing. The outdoor areas including the pool, spa, grill and fire table were great. Host was sensational! Would definitely consider staying there again should we go back to the Palm Springs area.

The host was amazing. We had a couple minor issues but were able to have quick communication with Lucine. Very nice. Property was wonderful. Pool towel ready for swimming and the spa was amazing. Very clean. AC worked wonderful on a warm day too.

Clean and Quiet

It was a group of 12 friends in their 30s and the place was perfect. Plenty of room for us to sleep at night. We originally considered going into the Palm Springs one of the nights, but the place was so perfect that we ended up staying in to enjoy the pool and play games every night we were there.

Fabulous House, Great Host

The house is super clean, has so much to offer, everything is super modern, what ever you need it’s there, The Host is so nice, intelligent and responsible, communication perfect. To be honest me and my friends have been in many different places and this house for sure is Perfect!!! Thank you so much Lusine! Would definitely recommend it

Natalia and her guests were amazing! Very respectful, very polite and communicated very well. They respected all house rules and left the property in a good condition. I will definitely recommend Natalia and her friends to other hosts and I’ll be happy to host her again any time she needs!

A great getaway

Beautiful property and great communication with the host. We had 10 guests and it had plenty of room. The hot tub fit all of us comfortably too! It took about 35 mins to get to downtown in an uber, which was fine for us bc we only went out one night. The other days were perfect for lounging, visiting, and soaking up plenty of sunshine. It got very windy at night, but everything else was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay, Lusine!

Great house and pool/hot tub

This property was great! Mountain views were lovely, pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful, and all the rooms were exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of plates, bowls, cups, etc. Ground coffee was even provided, which was a lifesaver, because our group hadn't had time to pick up coffee before we checked in, and no one wanted to go grocery shopping that evening! Plenty of space for our group of 10. We had dinner plans in Palm Springs and it was a relatively quick Uber/Lyft ride out there. Lusine was highly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous home! We had a wonderful mother’s weekend in Desert Hot Springs relaxing in the pool. Very clean and provided us with tons of amenities!
