The property was beautiful and comfortable. So much pretty detail in the design, tiling and wood finishes.The location was ideal and would definitely stay again!The only issues we could report is some struggle with opening doors.

This place offered an incredible setup for our multi-generational family trip. The location is perfect, with a cozy and relaxing backyard and the beach just outside the back gate. There are also shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here, and I highly recommend this Vrbo!

Great location right on the water. Parking was easy with plenty of things to do in the area. Property was well maintained and check in instructions were easy to follow. Very responsive host. Would highly recommend to others looking for a beachfront getaway.

Awesome Beach house

We loved the location and open layout of this property. We reached out to management and they replied immediately. Everyone enjoyed the home. Nobody wanted to leave the house. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect beach house!

The property was perfect and had all amenities needed and more. Perfect yard with beautiful beach view to enjoy. The staff was great to work with. Minus one star on accuracy of online listing due to driveway construction that left us with no garage parking and some construction noise. Street parking is not abundant or very close. We were made aware of this a few days before arrival.

This house was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. The house is well taken care of, both inside and out. The sliding glass walls functioned and offered full panoramic views of the bay from nearly every spot in the house. The sliding gates in the back only enhanced the view and allowed us to watch the kids play on the beach while we hung out in the backyard. Area was quiet and peaceful. Close to grocery stores, mission beach, shops and restaurants. We had issues accessing the house upon arrival due to my own issues, not the house’s. I called the number provided prior to check-in and they very patiently walked me through the process.We will be coming back again.

The home its self is very nice, you can tell it was someones absolute pride at one time. The way the home opens right out to the ocean is spectacular. The rooms are very nice and the casita is a super sweet set up. The boneless tumu couch in the living room was unexpected, we had a baby fall through it, and the mattresses were so bad my back hurt after sleeping in it. We had to tape the oven closed to make it work. My belief is if these things were fixed, this would be a wonderful place.

The location was excellent. There are so many things in walking distance, including a Club Pilates, which was so amazing because I was able to maintain my routine, even out of state. Tons of food and coffee all around. I highly recommend Nics. I think we ate there every day! Whole Foods wasn't too far and Ralphs Grocery (new to me) had a decent supply of organic fruits/veggies. The upstairs bedroom views were AMAZING. Waking up to the bay every morning was a dream, especially for this gal from a land-locked state. However, for the price point, I would say this place needed a fresh coat of paint; the walls were scraped up pretty good on the stairs and throughout you could see areas that were "touched-up." The patio doors from the dining area were busted up and unable to be opened. I like to wash bedding before I sleep in it and was pretty disgusted at the washer. It had built up gunk on it that really needed addressed. But overall, it was a beautiful property and I would definitely stay there again if the washer was cleaned.

Perfect for us

We loved this property and the location. There were just six of us but we loved the yard, patio, fire pit, ping pong table, corn hole and the whole vibe was so relaxing. The rooms were very spacious as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only concern was that the garage is very low in height. My Suburban would not fit inside (height wise). That would be helpful to note on the listing. It would easily fit two smaller cars. I was able to park parallel against the garage so it worked out. TV's in the other bedrooms besides the primary would be nice as well as an ironing board. There was a brand new iron but no ironing board that I could find. Overall a beautiful home that we look forward to visiting again.

The location, place was great. The dishwasher really needs to be replaced. The garbage disposal did not work. The kitchen needs an easy to use knife sharpener since all the knives are dull. The shower in the casita did not drain and the smaller window in casita had no curtains/blind. Their are no TV in the casita or the second bedroom. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked, the patio is amazing, the host were great - we ran out of propane and they were there within a couple hours to replace. The amenities were great - kayak, life jackets, beach chairs, etc. Besides the few items mentioned the week was great!! The place is spacious and the "toys" were all great! It was really nice to have the pack-n-play and high chair available.Thank you for a wonderful week of great memories!!!!!!!!
