We really enjoyed our stay here, and all the property had to offer. The lake was beautiful, the house was very clean and came with everything we needed, including some delicious coffee flavors for the Keurig! The location was perfect, we were only 10-15 minutes from the grocery store and about 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville, which made it a very convenient place to stay. Kevin/Jennifer were great hosts, and very communicative the whole trip, and even let us check in a little early. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, serene place to stay surrounded by nature.

Higher then 5 stars - on everything. Fantastic location any immediate needs (food, gas, groceries, etc.) within 5 min, as advertised, all renter items possibly needed available, BEST host communications ever from any booking I have ever made. We'll be going back - no doubt.

We really enjoy this property and appreciated the lake access and kayaks! We loved the area and there's lots to do around there. We really enjoyed being close to Bentonville and the bike trails. It was a sweet surprise to find basic spices and salt and pepper in the cabinets. The host were very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful property! It was clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting out on the covered decks! So peaceful and serene. We went down to the dock each evening to watch the sun set and to wait for the stars to come out. We even saw two fawns come down to the water's edge across the inlet from us. If we had more time, we would have used the noodles provided and would have floated by the dock. The beds were comfortable and the AC was ice cold. We definitely will be back.

25th Anniversary Getaway

This was a simple yet accommodating place. It was the perfect little spot for us to land for several days. We enjoyed the quiet area. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable & everything was supper clean. We would love to stay again.
