House was well equipped with everything we needed/wanted for a comfortable stay. All house expectations were clearly communicated (as it pertained to check out expectations). I appreciated the details regarding garbage schedule (since we were a family of 5 we know we were expecting to have a lot of garbage - so understanding the pick up schedule better allowed us to make sure we had our garbage out in a timely manner so it would not be lingering long). And we super appreciated the extra details about things to do around the resort! I had no idea the Creator Lab existed, but thanks to your inclusion of their flyer, my kiddo and I had a wonderful time there!

The house and area were wonderful. We cooked all meals and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Enjoyed beautiful lap swims at the SHARC and long bike rides and runs throughout the community. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay enjoyable.

This property was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for our family. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive when we had a minor question. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanest place we have stayed at. Host asked us if we wanted to check in ealry. Very comfortable beds. Couch was comfy also. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definetely be coming back as this is our new favorite place. We used to love Eagle Crest but this has the privacy we like.
